jongho is A VOCALIST and the main vocalist but I feel like we don’t talk much about how one ateez vocalist could be another’s group main one.. for example san is the lead vocalist in atz but literally could easily be the main in another group. also other members though.
Jongho is main of main vocalists in 4th gen I swear that man is INSANE and I wholeheartedly agree about San...he’s a very underrated lead vocalist imo and I’m glad that recently he’s been getting more vocal recognition

I especially agree with stray kids’ group chemistry. I think one of the reasons for that is that they weren’t just put together by the company but Bang Chan picked the members himself. They have said themselves that they are like a family and you can definitely see how much they love each other. It’s also one of the main reasons stays feel so connected to them I think

Thank you for mentioning Ateez's vocals. Ateez's vocal skills were less known - compared to their choreography They sing ballads of the most difficult melodies among KPOP groups. And they also sing perfectly live at concerts. 2022 US Tour proved it.
So with each Ateez album, they open up a new part of their story line. Like the Treasure series from Ep 1 to Epilogue (Pirate King to Answer) was kind of the layout of the story line and we go into it deeper with Fever series from Part 1 to Epilogue (Inception to The Real). It’s kind of like an anime approach where there’s one main goal from beginning to end that sets the story line but there are arcs that develop characters and plot on the way there so it’s not just one set track yk? Since they’ve wrapped up the Fever series right before their tour I assume they’re gonna start with a new one for their next album
I went to their concert in L.A. Hongjoong said they haven't even scratched the surface of their concept/storyline. I'm definitely looking forward to what's next

ateez's concept is not just sea pirates. they also travel through space and time (specifically halateez) which is why they are still able to do various concepts (e.g. youthful, apocalyptic, etc.) without being disconnected from their storyline. if ur into lore in kpop, they honestly have the best and consistent one. they have their lore written in every diary version of their albums if ur interested :)

Honestly Ateez never miss with their songs. Like if someone said they don't like a few SKZ songs I'd be like ok I can see that because it's a little experimental or maybe not your taste but Ateez objectively never miss with their songs. I do think SKZ having a central role in their music production is one of the reasons why listening to them gives me so much energy and joy and I love how honest their music is. I do think recently SKZ choreographies have been the best though. Stage presence I agree Ateez neverrr misses. I haven't looked into the other two groups much but I like one or two title tracks from each and will check out more since you spoke so highly of them!

I love their music as much as I love them but like objectively I can see it when some people are like their music isn't their type because they do tend to be quite experimental(which is one of the reasons I love them) but I think Ateez make the kind of music everyone can agree on that it's really good! Stray Kids always keep the fandom and even locals surprised by being unique and having a large role in arranging, composing and lyric writing by 3RACHA and their members truly makes them different-which they whole heartedly embrace and encourage others as well. This push to be their own shows through with their styling and stage presence as well, not only were their Kingdom stages jaw dropping but their music shows where they are truly enjoying the stage or with each other is apparent. Don’t get me started on their encore ones as well, as Chan said “freezing cold, but we’re singing live” thanks for acknowledging the chemistry bt SKZ members. Chan picking his members is probably the biggest factor and the challenges they’ve faced since debuting brings such a bond and not to mention so much chaotic behavior. Gosh, do I need to mention Mayfly unit on KD with SKZ, ateez and BTOB? Haha that unit chemistry was next level and I live for it.
my only disagreement is with the fandom name and the personal preference ones like discography and debut for fandom name I wouldve picked Stay, because theyve said when the remove the R from Stray, it makes Stay, and stay is their R/Reason for staying hence their phrase "You make Stray Kids stay" and discography, im an skz ult so ofc imma say skz, their discography is pretty diverse imo and totally my taste debut song, I'd go with Ateez, Pirate King has never been skipped on my playlist, ever, its literally so good imo
Pirate King is ATEEZ' debut song, it was the one that they promoted more on music shows. Treasure is the other title track for their debut album, it was an important song to be released on their debut to begin the Ateez universe (storyline). Hala Hala (and Say My Name) was actually an option for debut song but they thought that the public wasn't ready for it.

Vocals--Obviously, Jongho is amazing, but I'm glad you mentioned San and Seonghwa. San could absolutely be the main vocal in another group (he's powerful, can sing pretty high in mixed voice, has a unique tone, and sings a fair number of ad libs in their songs), and honestly, Seonghwa and Yunho aren't far behind. They aren't as belty, but both have great range. What wasn't mentioned (this is probably going to be unpopular) is that 3racha does Seungmin disservice by not writing better parts for him. He has great technique and tone. He would have much better recognition for his vocals if Eden were writing songs for him. Dance--I'd definitely give that to ATEEZ. They also trained in America and they don't have any weak links. Jongho gets overlooked but he can krump well and was the opening center for their KQ Fellaz II video. Their members just have very different styles, but I think that's a strong point because it means they always have a center who can kill it regardless of the songs genre. Experience is something, but it isn't everything. Remember, San didn't have dancing experience and used to be ATEEZ'S worst dancer, but he is top tier now. Discography--This is so much personal taste, so I won't argue with your opinion, but I wanted to say that I think TBZ needs the most help in this area, not because their songs are bad but because their discography doesn't feel cohesive. When I hear songs from SKZ or ATZ, I can tell it's their song regardless of genre. I probably would give best title track to SKZ over The Boyz for the same reason, I've never felt like they have a signature sound. ATEEZ had dual title tracks for their debut. Pirate King and Treasure were released the same day. From the dates on UA-cam, it looks like the MVs were dropped the same day as well, but Pirate King was more heavily promoted on music shows. I watch most of the content from the Zzzs. I think they're pretty equal. They all are funny and have great relationships (though I'm sure having eleven members makes it harder). All the groups are immensely talented but there's just smth with Ateez and their concept which makes them stand out(I'm not saying this because I'm atiny, I'm a multi) There's really that "X" factor about then which catches audiences' eye The video was well made! MCND has the best dancing by far, on choreo however, I am such a sucker for the choreos that are given to SKZ/even worked on by SKZ members. They are so interesting. Maybe they aren't the same way as The Boyz, but when I started noticing for example in Double Knot, the tying shoes part, Back door the, well, back door and now the quirks of Thunderous. Oh and, ofc my fav, Awkward silence and it's crow part
Just FYI, yes Stray Kids produced all of their song except one: Going Dumb There's degree of involvement in every song, but basically, Han and Changbin only involved in Writing lyrics and Composing, and Bang Chan in Writing, Composing and Arranging. Writing lyrics 100% by Stray Kids, but composing and arranging involved other producers.
When it comes to ateez storyline, i have to admit,, i can't keep up will all of the theory and assumption💀. But alot of people say that their recent cb (turbulence/the real), consists of some "hint"

Awe, they are all really close that's true. That said I don't think even another JYP group can compete on that front with SKZ... lol Also, in their case, I really don't think the survival show aspect means anything. Their survival show was just for JYP to have some control 😜 and at least make sure they were up to the task..Plus get the attention needed to start their careers. Because the way they came together was literally unprecedented. I think them being self formed is also the reason they are, in my opinion, the most tight knit guy group in K-POP. (I really don't know any girl groups outside of Dreamcatcher lol) Seriously though... In Twice's case, most members weren't really close before filming Sixteen and even during their rookie days. That's what I meant. I was refering to Twice with the survival show thing.

Their survival show was named Sixteen, and it was a horrible show. It was really hard for all the members (a living nightmare, like you said). Even I can't watch that show because I feel so bad for them (and I'm a huge Once). This show was to put the group together, so they didn't really know each other much, and it was a really competitive environment. That's why them having such good chemistry is almost a miracle. So yeah, I guess JYP has a thing for those. In fact a couple years ago they made a new survival show in Japan (NiziU came out of that one), and they are planning a new one.

While I completely agree that Ateez take it when it comes to stage presents, I feel like Stray Kids often get overlooked. They always look so happy and excited on stage and you can tell they truly love performing and the music they are singing. A lot of this probably comes from them make their own music and it’s honestly so refreshing to see. After see both groups live all I can say is they are both monsters when it comes to performance and stage presence!
No group could beat skz group chemistry , i think it’s because chan’s choose the members himself. So the members really love chan and obsess with their group dynamics. even their family members contact with each other a lot.

From these 4 groups I only listen to ATEEZ and Stray Kids, because several songs from the Boyz and MCND which I checked out didn't catch me. I agree with many points in your video, where one could judge objectively (like best singing, rapping or dancing). Regarding other points, like best discography or b-sides, this is, as you said yourself, a question of someone's personal taste. I love discography of SKZ, there are almost no skip songs for me, I love "district 9", their title tracks and b-sides, and this is the reason why I am Stay. Regarding chemistry between members - you mentioned that you noticed that the members of SKZ love each other so much. I guess, the reason might be that they are self-formed, so the members were chosen by Bang Chan and not by the company, which might have made them closer to each other. And during the survival show they went through before the debut, the goal was not to be better than the others to get into the group, but to help each other and to debut all together. I think this also helps to strengthen the relationships.
All member of Ateez are great dancer, then there is no weak dancer. It is just some of them are avoiding serious injury in the future and at the same time they always singing live while dancing. Keeping their dance movement energy low while stabilize their voice singing.
Yeah jongho is a good dancer, but he keeps his dancing much calmer because he needs to put all his thoughts singing and not dancing. Hongjoong is probably the weakest dancer in ateez, but luckily makes up for it in precense.
For group chemistry , I would personally put the boyz! I absolutely love seeing them interact with each other , after listening to podcasts , watching a bunch of v lives of the respective groups u mentioned , watching the reality shows. The boyz really stand out to me as one big family and I’m oh so here for it
i agree! they really support each other and by watching most of their vlives, they usually talk a lot about their other members and funny moments in their dorms that really shows how close they are with each other💗

While I do respect and agree with most of your opinions, I can't say that I understand how you can say that from a "technical standpoint" you would put the others above Changbin and Han when objectively speaking they are top tier in terms of technique and have proven themselves to be some of the best rappers in the game with their delivery, flow, lyricism, etc. Especially Changbin. I'd say the only person who really matches up would be Sunwoo, so I strongly disagree with that. I think people often dismiss Changbin's rapping skills just because they don't like his more aggressive delivery, and this sucks to see, because if people put their biases aside and look at things from a TRULY technical standpoint, they would see that he's easily the top rapper.
Yeah I see people brush skz rappers off saying that ‘just because they’re fast is doesn’t mean they’re the best’ when skz rappers aren’t only good because they’re fast, their delivery, their tone, flow and the lyrics are all great as well. Changbin is known to be hard hitting but he’s not just only fast and even stays need to stop using that to show why he’s great, Han is equally as good and even tho people talk about him a bit less than changbin because his style is less hard hitting, the versatility he has is insane and I like the rap of all the groups here but saying that skz don’t have the best technique rapping wise would be a lie, you can prefer how other rappers rap of course but skz are known to be one of the top kpop groups when looking at their rappers for a reason, not with just 4th gen groups but I’d say they’re up there not at the top, but near the top with 3rd gen as well
Actually both are the top rappers of 4th gen and one of the best rappers in kpop Saying that they are technically not good just shows that you are totally biased when Changbin has some of the best rap deliveries and flows in kpop is style and tone is very different and for Han he is such a versatile rapper his rap flow is so smooth.
Changbin raps aggressively and also his delievery, flow, tone is very different from other rappers of kpop. His rap style is something for which you have to train you ears so much. For me, I really became a hard core rap fan just because of him, his rap style is totally the type I love.
I feel like the stage presence was no question for ateez, I mean, one of the most common things I hear from antis is about "ateez overdancing" which if the only problem that antis can find about a group is that they're performing _too much_ then ateez are probably doing something right
btw ateez means A->Z(the alpabet)+tee(stands for teenagers). Which means that they have everything what teenagers would love. They often mention youth and strugles of teenagers while growing up... etc.

I got into The Boyz not too long ago and their styling is one of the first things I noticed. Literally not a single bad outift to their name and every look just feels so fresh.

I think there are moments for both groups that make you realize just how much they love each other. I’ve seen both Hongjoong and Bang Chan cry over their members-which is super touching given how much work and honestly stress these groups have and leading them can’t be easy. My two favorite groups-however I admit I don’t love every song (I totally recognize the talent but not every song hits me in a way that keeps me playing it).

Okay I love how well thought out this entire video is. It must have been a lot of work. I agree with the ranking except for Choreography. however I am so impressed with this.
I totally respect your opinions also agree with some of them. But let me just tell you one thing. i was ready to throw hands if The Boyz didnot get first place in Choreography. Like literally i wouldve fought every single person in this universe if i had to. They are my ults and i know i may be biased while choosing first for every other categories if i had to choose like you did. But tbz choreography is top tier. And their styling? bruh i've never seen anyone in kpop have that gorgeous styling every comeback. Also about the group name i totally get what you mean. I agree to almost all except for the styling 😁 Ateez stylist has always been praised bcs she knew very well what she was doing. And the way she handle ateez styling is incredible since every outfits suits the concept of their songs. There are also individuality in it as she knew how to dressed the members well, but despite the differences, the outfits blends perfectly. Not a single outfit looks out of place. Kudos to Stylist-nim! Btw, i like the video!
Actually ateez has the most interesting and beautiful storyline in kpop. Its insane how they can go different genre and concept but it still connect somehow. Ateez themselves mentioned that they did not even released half of their storyline.
I agree with pretty much everything you've said (or been like 'i can see/understand why') except the small comment about SKZ rap being technically not as good (or similar to) the other groups. I love Hongjoon and Mingi along lots of their raps, but their technique etc (at the moment) is definitely not as good as the skz duo. Changbin and Han are immediately ranked up with top best rappers in kpop in Total BECAUSE of their technique and individuality when rapping along with the chemistry they have while doing it (regardless of something like speed which is what some people attempt to water it down to, which is honestly silly), even the rest of SKZ rapline (Hyunjin and Felix) are pretty good and mold really well into songs even if their technique isnt as good. There's really only one group that I know of that could come close to SKZ in terms of rap ability (4th gen at least) in the future (not yet, but give them some time) is P1harmony. I'm not a major fan of their songs (but they do have some nice hidden gems in their b-sides) but I can hear how good their rapping is and what it could become in the future if they're allowed to explore it more!
Yeah 4th gen is not much competition for skz when it comes to rap just as it is not much competition to stage precense for Ateez. For stray kids it is really only Ph1 in 4th gen. There is still some groups in 3rd etc which have/had better raplines than them at this moment in time (Like Ikon when it was bobby and B.i, Monsta x and Bts) but they are really good and have huge potential to have the best rapline in kpop in a little bit of time.
I disagree. We could argue about flow because Changbin and Han go hard on it but when it comes to technique/versatility Hongjoong and Mingi absolutely take the crown.

Han and changbin has firstly rapped for far longer than both hong and mingi (Which both started rapping mostly in their trainee days) and i have heard so many different difficult flows from both which would be hard for hong and mingi to do well.

Actually, the 4th gen rapper I think sit at the top especially with technique and flow would be Sunwoo, he is highly underrated but god damn he is a BEAST.
When it comes to technique it’s a match btw atz and skz. I like changbin and han’s flow better but if i have to pick based on versatility/deliver/tone mingi and joong win the battle for sure.

I never knew that was the meaning, and I’m kinda glad I didn’t. If my math is right, only Jongho was a teenager when they debuted, so that does not really make sense as a meaning (my calculations might be slightly wrong because Korean age still confuses me).

jongho is A VOCALIST and the main vocalist but I feel like we don’t talk much about how one ateez vocalist could be another’s group main one.. for example san is the lead vocalist in atz but literally could easily be the main in another group. also other members though.

I especially agree with stray kids’ group chemistry. I think one of the reasons for that is that they weren’t just put together by the company but Bang Chan picked the members himself. They have said themselves that they are like a family and you can definitely see how much they love each other. It’s also one of the main reasons stays feel so connected to them I think

So with each Ateez album, they open up a new part of their story line. Like the Treasure series from Ep 1 to Epilogue (Pirate King to Answer) was kind of the layout of the story line and we go into it deeper with Fever series from Part 1 to Epilogue (Inception to The Real). It’s kind of like an anime approach where there’s one main goal from beginning to end that sets the story line but there are arcs that develop characters and plot on the way there so it’s not just one set track yk? Since they’ve wrapped up the Fever series right before their tour I assume they’re gonna start with a new one for their next album

Literally ateez’s stage presence is soooo good I had no idea they were so young when I first got into kpop.
ateez's concept is not just sea pirates. they also travel through space and time (specifically halateez) which is why they are still able to do various concepts (e.g. youthful, apocalyptic, etc.) without being disconnected from their storyline. if ur into lore in kpop, they honestly have the best and consistent one. they have their lore written in every diary version of their albums if ur interested :)

Honestly Ateez never miss with their songs. Like if someone said they don't like a few SKZ songs I'd be like ok I can see that because it's a little experimental or maybe not your taste but Ateez objectively never miss with their songs. I do think SKZ having a central role in their music production is one of the reasons why listening to them gives me so much energy and joy and I love how honest their music is. I do think recently SKZ choreographies have been the best though. Stage presence I agree Ateez neverrr misses. I haven't looked into the other two groups much but I like one or two title tracks from each and will check out more since you spoke so highly of them!

I love their music as much as I love them but like objectively I can see it when some people are like their music isn't their type because they do tend to be quite experimental(which is one of the reasons I love them) but I think Ateez make the kind of music everyone can agree on that it's really good! Stray Kids always keep the fandom and even locals surprised by being unique and having a large role in arranging, composing and lyric writing by 3RACHA and their members truly makes them different-which they whole heartedly embrace and encourage others as well. This push to be their own shows through with their styling and stage presence as well, not only were their Kingdom stages jaw dropping but their music shows where they are truly enjoying the stage or with each other is apparent. Don’t get me started on their encore ones as well, as Chan said “freezing cold, but we’re singing live” thanks for acknowledging the chemistry bt SKZ members. Chan picking his members is probably the biggest factor and the challenges they’ve faced since debuting brings such a bond and not to mention so much chaotic behavior. Gosh, do I need to mention Mayfly unit on KD with SKZ, ateez and BTOB? Haha that unit chemistry was next level and I live for it.

Pirate King is ATEEZ' debut song, it was the one that they promoted more on music shows. Treasure is the other title track for their debut album, it was an important song to be released on their debut to begin the Ateez universe (storyline). Hala Hala (and Say My Name) was actually an option for debut song but they thought that the public wasn't ready for it.

Vocals--Obviously, Jongho is amazing, but I'm glad you mentioned San and Seonghwa. San could absolutely be the main vocal in another group (he's powerful, can sing pretty high in mixed voice, has a unique tone, and sings a fair number of ad libs in their songs), and honestly, Seonghwa and Yunho aren't far behind. They aren't as belty, but both have great range. What wasn't mentioned (this is probably going to be unpopular) is that 3racha does Seungmin disservice by not writing better parts for him. He has great technique and tone. He would have much better recognition for his vocals if Eden were writing songs for him.
Dance--I'd definitely give that to ATEEZ. They also trained in America and they don't have any weak links. Jongho gets overlooked but he can krump well and was the opening center for their KQ Fellaz II video. Their members just have very different styles, but I think that's a strong point because it means they always have a center who can kill it regardless of the songs genre. Experience is something, but it isn't everything. Remember, San didn't have dancing experience and used to be ATEEZ'S worst dancer, but he is top tier now.
Discography--This is so much personal taste, so I won't argue with your opinion, but I wanted to say that I think TBZ needs the most help in this area, not because their songs are bad but because their discography doesn't feel cohesive. When I hear songs from SKZ or ATZ, I can tell it's their song regardless of genre. I probably would give best title track to SKZ over The Boyz for the same reason, I've never felt like they have a signature sound.
ATEEZ had dual title tracks for their debut. Pirate King and Treasure were released the same day. From the dates on UA-cam, it looks like the MVs were dropped the same day as well, but Pirate King was more heavily promoted on music shows.
I watch most of the content from the Zzzs. I think they're pretty equal. They all are funny and have great relationships (though I'm sure having eleven members makes it harder).

A bit off topic, but I'm always surprised by the fact that JYPE groups tend to have amazing group chemistry, even if they came out of survival shows.
Twice, Stray Kids, Itzy, Got7, all with top tier group chemistry
Awe, they are all really close that's true. That said I don't think even another JYP group can compete on that front with SKZ... lol Also, in their case, I really don't think the survival show aspect means anything. Their survival show was just for JYP to have some control 😜 and at least make sure they were up to the task..Plus get the attention needed to start their careers. Because the way they came together was literally unprecedented. I think them being self formed is also the reason they are, in my opinion, the most tight knit guy group in K-POP. (I really don't know any girl groups outside of Dreamcatcher lol)

Their survival show was named Sixteen, and it was a horrible show. It was really hard for all the members (a living nightmare, like you said). Even I can't watch that show because I feel so bad for them (and I'm a huge Once).
This show was to put the group together, so they didn't really know each other much, and it was a really competitive environment. That's why them having such good chemistry is almost a miracle.
So yeah, I guess JYP has a thing for those. In fact a couple years ago they made a new survival show in Japan (NiziU came out of that one), and they are planning a new one.

While I completely agree that Ateez take it when it comes to stage presents, I feel like Stray Kids often get overlooked. They always look so happy and excited on stage and you can tell they truly love performing and the music they are singing. A lot of this probably comes from them make their own music and it’s honestly so refreshing to see. After see both groups live all I can say is they are both monsters when it comes to performance and stage presence!
No group could beat skz group chemistry , i think it’s because chan’s choose the members himself. So the members really love chan and obsess with their group dynamics. even their family members contact with each other a lot.

From these 4 groups I only listen to ATEEZ and Stray Kids, because several songs from the Boyz and MCND which I checked out didn't catch me.
I agree with many points in your video, where one could judge objectively (like best singing, rapping or dancing).
Regarding other points, like best discography or b-sides, this is, as you said yourself, a question of someone's personal taste. I love discography of SKZ, there are almost no skip songs for me, I love "district 9", their title tracks and b-sides, and this is the reason why I am Stay.
Regarding chemistry between members - you mentioned that you noticed that the members of SKZ love each other so much. I guess, the reason might be that they are self-formed, so the members were chosen by Bang Chan and not by the company, which might have made them closer to each other. And during the survival show they went through before the debut, the goal was not to be better than the others to get into the group, but to help each other and to debut all together. I think this also helps to strengthen the relationships.
All member of Ateez are great dancer, then there is no weak dancer. It is just some of them are avoiding serious injury in the future and at the same time they always singing live while dancing. Keeping their dance movement energy low while stabilize their voice singing.
Yeah jongho is a good dancer, but he keeps his dancing much calmer because he needs to put all his thoughts singing and not dancing. Hongjoong is probably the weakest dancer in ateez, but luckily makes up for it in precense.

I just know that ateez is INSANE whatever categories it is.
While I do respect and agree with most of your opinions, I can't say that I understand how you can say that from a "technical standpoint" you would put the others above Changbin and Han when objectively speaking they are top tier in terms of technique and have proven themselves to be some of the best rappers in the game with their delivery, flow, lyricism, etc. Especially Changbin. I'd say the only person who really matches up would be Sunwoo, so I strongly disagree with that. I think people often dismiss Changbin's rapping skills just because they don't like his more aggressive delivery, and this sucks to see, because if people put their biases aside and look at things from a TRULY technical standpoint, they would see that he's easily the top rapper.
Yeah I see people brush skz rappers off saying that ‘just because they’re fast is doesn’t mean they’re the best’ when skz rappers aren’t only good because they’re fast, their delivery, their tone, flow and the lyrics are all great as well. Changbin is known to be hard hitting but he’s not just only fast and even stays need to stop using that to show why he’s great, Han is equally as good and even tho people talk about him a bit less than changbin because his style is less hard hitting, the versatility he has is insane and I like the rap of all the groups here but saying that skz don’t have the best technique rapping wise would be a lie, you can prefer how other rappers rap of course but skz are known to be one of the top kpop groups when looking at their rappers for a reason, not with just 4th gen groups but I’d say they’re up there not at the top, but near the top with 3rd gen as well

Saying that they are technically not good just shows that you are totally biased when Changbin has some of the best rap deliveries and flows in kpop is style and tone is very different and for Han he is such a versatile rapper his rap flow is so smooth.
Changbin raps aggressively and also his delievery, flow, tone is very different from other rappers of kpop. His rap style is something for which you have to train you ears so much. For me, I really became a hard core rap fan just because of him, his rap style is totally the type I love.

I got into The Boyz not too long ago and their styling is one of the first things I noticed. Literally not a single bad outift to their name and every look just feels so fresh.

I think there are moments for both groups that make you realize just how much they love each other. I’ve seen both Hongjoong and Bang Chan cry over their members-which is super touching given how much work and honestly stress these groups have and leading them can’t be easy.
My two favorite groups-however I admit I don’t love every song (I totally recognize the talent but not every song hits me in a way that keeps me playing it).
As a Deobi, I’d rank TBZ as first for their performances (mainly dance/choreography), teamwork, title tracks, and their styling

I agree to almost all except for the styling 😁 Ateez stylist has always been praised bcs she knew very well what she was doing. And the way she handle ateez styling is incredible since every outfits suits the concept of their songs. There are also individuality in it as she knew how to dressed the members well, but despite the differences, the outfits blends perfectly. Not a single outfit looks out of place. Kudos to Stylist-nim! Btw, i like the video!

Actually ateez has the most interesting and beautiful storyline in kpop. Its insane how they can go different genre and concept but it still connect somehow. Ateez themselves mentioned that they did not even released half of their storyline.
I agree with pretty much everything you've said (or been like 'i can see/understand why') except the small comment about SKZ rap being technically not as good (or similar to) the other groups.
I love Hongjoon and Mingi along lots of their raps, but their technique etc (at the moment) is definitely not as good as the skz duo. Changbin and Han are immediately ranked up with top best rappers in kpop in Total BECAUSE of their technique and individuality when rapping along with the chemistry they have while doing it (regardless of something like speed which is what some people attempt to water it down to, which is honestly silly), even the rest of SKZ rapline (Hyunjin and Felix) are pretty good and mold really well into songs even if their technique isnt as good.
There's really only one group that I know of that could come close to SKZ in terms of rap ability (4th gen at least) in the future (not yet, but give them some time) is P1harmony. I'm not a major fan of their songs (but they do have some nice hidden gems in their b-sides) but I can hear how good their rapping is and what it could become in the future if they're allowed to explore it more!
Yeah 4th gen is not much competition for skz when it comes to rap just as it is not much competition to stage precense for Ateez. For stray kids it is really only Ph1 in 4th gen. There is still some groups in 3rd etc which have/had better raplines than them at this moment in time (Like Ikon when it was bobby and B.i, Monsta x and Bts) but they are really good and have huge potential to have the best rapline in kpop in a little bit of time.
I disagree. We could argue about flow because Changbin and Han go hard on it but when it comes to technique/versatility Hongjoong and Mingi absolutely take the crown.

Han and changbin has firstly rapped for far longer than both hong and mingi (Which both started rapping mostly in their trainee days) and i have heard so many different difficult flows from both which would be hard for hong and mingi to do well.

I never knew that was the meaning, and I’m kinda glad I didn’t. If my math is right, only Jongho was a teenager when they debuted, so that does not really make sense as a meaning (my calculations might be slightly wrong because Korean age still confuses me).
