what to do when you lose momentum | figuring things out ep. 05

so far august has taught me that maintaining momentum is key to reaching your goals. over the past few weeks i had lost my momentum and worked hard to regain it. it's been a while but i'm back with episode 5 of my 'figuring things out' series where i navigate life post-grad :)
tried something new for this video & decided to capture the journey in retrospect. for all of the episodes leading up to this one, i've filmed and edited them in real time. for this episode, i filmed everything and edited it all a week AFTER being able to reflect on everything that i had done. i also tried to be more intentional about sharing more of my emotions during this journey :) hope you enjoy the episode & don't forget to keep moving forward 💛

When I read books I demolish them, read them backwards, read random parts over and over, and then chapters, then miss some parts. It is definitely non-linear. Life is non-linear, so is reading books. Living not by sheer force, but through unfathomable elegance and subtlety.
