Mamamoo have 2 "younger brother" groups Onewe and Oneus. Onewe is a band as you just saw and Oneus is more of a regular boy group with the dancing and all. you should check their songs "To be or not to be" and "Lit" they're really good

I love onewe!!!! The guitarist you like is called Kanghyun and he's also my bias! The vocalist is Yonghoon, the keyboardist/vocalist is Dongmyeong (He has a twin brother called Xion in their brother group ONEUS! They're a boy band that dances and I love them and their music as well, you should check them out if you have time!) the drummer is Harin and the bassist/rapper is Cya. They do compose their own music, especially Cya, Kanghyun and Yonghoon which is what I love about them.
You should check out their new song Parting that's written by Kanghyun. It's actually a follow up of their other song called Regulus that's also written by Kanghyun. For more vocals, they did a more ballad/acoustic song called Reminiscence about all for their debut. Thanks for listening to our boys!

Definitely check out Regulus, End of Spring, Parting, and Q (with Hwasa) from ONEWE. The one with the keytar btw is Dongmyeon and he has a twin brother named Xion in another RBW group called ONEUS. If you listen to ONEUS then you'll just have Purple Kiss left in the RBW family (well once they debut, as the haven't yet). I mean technically there's V-Romance, but they haven't released anything for YEARS.
Vromance has been on hiatus because some of them are doing military service but in case you missed it two of the members released a fantastic song called Unlike last year. It has an annoying boop percussion sound that was mixed too loud but otherwise it was one of my fav songs of 2019. Seoho & Keonhee did a cover of it so you may have heard it already. 😂

onewe is the only boy group i follow consistently. i found them through their cover of hip!! like others said, they collabed with hwasa for their song "Q" which is a bop. if you like onewe, they have a new song "Parting" which is great and showcases some awesome vocals! another good one of theirs is 0&4. my favourite member is dongmyeong, the 2nd vocalist :)

And yeah. Yonghoon is for me one of the best vocalist I've heard so far. He can hit quite high actually. If you really want to listen to his range/vocal, might as well check out their 1) reminiscent about all 2) regulus 3) parting.

For the record, my bias is Harin (drummer) with a side order of Kanghyun (guitarist). They're both beautifully understated showmen. They're not in your face, demanding your attention, but when the time is right, they'll take centre stage and you can't take your eyes off them.
I am getting straight when it comes to ONEWE while I am gay for MAMAMOO. This band literally is my favorite because of their charisma and stage presence like MMM.
Fun fact: ONEWE once played instruments with MAMAMOO for their Gogobebe Rock version live performance in award show (MGMA 2019)

They write, arrange and produce a their music. Formed has a band before signing w/RWB. The bassist, Cya, started the group with his school mate. Crazy talented. Thanks for giving them some exposure.
Cya, the bassist / rapper / maknae mostly wrote their songs. They appeared in Solar's solo. Hwasa's Ad on Sims4, the lead vocalist, if I'm not mistaken. Rock version of Gogobebe in an award show. It's an inside joke that Onewe is Wheein and Hwasa's kids and Oneus is Moonbyul and Solar's. Ahaha
I love Onewe, they have the best covers. Harin the drummer and Kanghyung are my bias.

I was wondering the same as you when I got to know first Oneus (their brother boy group) and then Onewe: how such talented group and band both escaped from my noticed for so long. When I discovered they were from the same label as Mamamoo, I was even more surprised, since I haven't heard anyone anticipating their debut.
I think you should really check them out a little more. They write and produce their own songs and Cya (rapper and bassist) even produced two songs for Oneus as well. Aside from "Q" with Hwasa, my sugestions for you are Reminisce about all, Ring on my ears, Love me, Regulus and Parting (newest single).

YES. ONEWEEE. It would be great if your reacted to there cover of "Closer", its before they were even call Onewe, and its 100% live, so, it would be great for you. Also, from there original songs, I would recommend "Ring on My Ears" and "End of Spring" but every song is amazing. Thank you for checking them out. I love their own songs more to be honest. Like "Regulus" (the song I got into them) or "Q" ft. Hwasa, which is just so dope. Hwasa fits so perfectly.
And I'm not sure if someone already mentioned them but if you like bands "N.Flying" is a must, just as Day6. Both vocally on point. N.Flying's lead singer (Yoo Hweseung)is for me one of the most talented singers this generation. He's insane and nails several performances on Immortal Songs. "Oh, really" and "Flower Fantasy" are recent releases. He also has a power ballad together with Lee Hongki from FT.Island, one of my favorite singers (Band as well) called "Still love you"..

Yeah I love Onewe as well, they’re such an amazing band. They were also on Solar - It’s Been a Long Time MV. Oh btw since you’re probably gonna react to more boys and girls groups in the future when you discover a new group every week, if I may I do have a recommendation for you. There’s a group named KARD, it’s a co-ed group (2 boys 2 girls), just perfectly balanced from both each gender. Maybe you can check them out whenever the time is perfect for you.

oh, one thing you're going to learn is that rbw seems to know how to find talented gems and hone them to a fine polish... absolutely every single one of their artists is an amazing, multitalented individual who will never cease to amaze you with what they're able to pull off. i seriously don't know how the agency does it
onewe actually formed themselves as a band in high school and they originally debuted several years ago under a different agency but things fell through there. they joined rbw and went back to being trainees for a few years, known as 'rbw boys' alongside the trainees that eventually became their brother group, oneus. there's a lot of interaction between the two groups, which are often called 'weus' together. (onewe is also frequently the background band for performances from the other rbw artists, such as performing with mamamoo during some year end award shows).
because bands generally don't do very well in kpop (whose fans seem to heavily favor their boy groups doing crazy hard choreography), they started trying to get their new name out through the underground scene, performing at bars and clubs and such (like i'm used to from the bands i knew growing up) before having their kpop debut last year, several months after oneus had their debut
Now you must see one of RBW boyband-- Oneus. And Vromance if you can, but they were on hiatus bc of military. Vromance is like Mamamoo's brother, twinsie maybe (but MMM the oldest bc they are RBW's first music group and the one who made the company famous), strong in vocals, but sadly isn't that popular bc the... concept(?) wasn't suitable for South Korean's taste

For Dongmyeong, the keytarist/keyboardist, we (the fans) can all agree that he's an all rounder. He can play instruments, he can sing, he can dance as well. He's also a ball of sunshine out of stage just like wheein.
Also Mamamoo rock version of gogobebe is feat bye Cya,Harin and Kanghyun(Onewe bassist,drummer,guitar) and arrange by them. Also Hwasa Queen's cover with onewe or Solar "It's been a long time". Extra: Yonghoon did the last high vocals in Moonbyul "Eclipse"

Thanks for watching Onewe!!! They are great composers, but sadly is hard to find info about them. If you want to cheeck all their music i tell you: they start in 2016 like M.A.S0094(make a sound and 00 from 2000 members and 1994 old member). They are a selfmade band. All of them studied music or go to a music academy. In 2018 they move to RBW(Mamamoo house) and re devut in 2019 like Onewe( that means we shinne on you). They have like onewe 5 albums nows,and like M.A.S I think they have 2. About the members,the main vocal is Jin Yonghoon 94 liner. He studied music in university but can play the piano and guitar.
The guitarist in Kanghyung 98 liner. He go to a music academy when he have 17 with Cya and Harin.
Ju Harin is the drummer. Also 98 liner and can play the piano also(check dancing flower cover uwu)
The pianist and lead vocal is Son Dongmyeong 00 liner. He study in SOPA and train to be idol. Cya tell him to goin the band. He also have a twin brother that is idol(they voices are similar but one is deep)
Cya is the rapper, bassist and 00 liner. He is the one he arrenge a lot of songs for RBW, lile one mamamoo hip stage you feel he did the arrenge. He also studied in that music academy.
They crazy just like mamamoo and even more, and also have a magnific discography.

I rec ONEWE's Reminisce About All MV (debut), Regulus MV, and Parting MV (newest) -- I believe all their songs are written by them mostly by their leader/main vocalist, Yonghoon.
I think you would like their collab with Hwasa titled "Q" and the guitarist, Kanghyun, had a collab live stage with Solar remaking the song "Chan Chan Chan" on a show too. ONEWE has played as band for MAMAMOO on award shows before as well-- look up "GOGOBEBE rock ver." at MGMA 2019. The guitarist also played on MAMAMOO's concert and had the honor of Hwasa stepping on him literally-- look up "170819 Hwasa - You give love a bad name"

I hope you can check out and make a reaction to their song "Parting". It's their recently released song and Kanghyun (the guitarist and btw he is my bias too ^^) was the one who made the song. The song was inspired from the dreams he often had when he was a child about Asteroids falling on earth (hence the korean title 소행성 which literally translates into Asteroid). Parting is a song about wanting to tell your loved ones everything you want to tell them before an asteroid actually hit the earth. ^^ thank you so much for checking them out and loving them! Onewe is one of my favorite vocal groups, as Yonghoon has gorgeous vocals, and Dongmyeong and Cya are nothing to laugh at. Also, gay away. Pan right here! Thirst all you want honey. Kang Hyun (lead guitar) gets to me. They all do. Not in many groups has every single member drawn me. BTS, ACE, and Onewe.

Anybody you lost wasn't worth keeping. 😏 I like Kanghyun too but I think Yonghoon has a soulful, intriguing voice that outclasses most rock singers and the maknae bassist/rapper Cya (pronounced Kia) is also a really talented hip hop songwriter and producer so don't sleep on him.
Onewe first came to moomoos' attention when they were known as MAS and appeared with Mamamoo as the backup band for a live rock version of Decalcomanie in Jan 2017. They've also backed up MMM on a rock version of Gogobebe, Hwasa for a Queen medley (Bohemian Rhapsody + We Will Rock You), and your bias Kanghyun played acoustic guitar for a live performance by Solar. They later signed with RBW and debuted as Onewe last year. As far as I can tell, Onewe isn't really trying to be a kpop rock group and instead are pursuing an indie rock band approach by doing live gigs (until corona), writing and recording their own music, and uploading interesting and unique covers of girl group songs. Cya also works on his own hip hop mixtapes, often in collab with the rappers in Oneus (Leedo and Ravn). I'm sure everyone has already recommended Onewe's singles so I won't bother to list them.

OOOOOO i wonder if he'd like KARD ( a co-ed group with 2 boys and 2 girls)their newest song is gunshot. The Rose is also an amazing group, the lead vocalist has one of the most unique voices in all of kpop they are a band just like onewe.

ONEWE is such a great band!! If you react to more of them , please listen to "reminiscence about all" it's a ballad that makes you cry with how good it is. They also have a brother group called ONEUS, they hace a song called "comeback home" which has insane high notes, I would seriously love to watch you react to them.
