People need to face the facts sometimes.
the reason they remove the in-ear is to hear everything around them. they do this during ending ments so they can listen to members speech and to the cheers of the crowd. so when JK removes his in-ear piece, he listens to whoever is singing. and he does this during Jin's parts. even at the Busan concert, he removed it when army was chanting Kim Seokjin repeatedly.

Their ear peace and microphones are connected it filters outside range noise when they sing together they can only hear themselves so in order to hear others better they need to remove the earphones and the reason JK only do this is to hear Jin’s angelic voice

In-ear monitors block external noise such as audience cheers etc. BTS do hear others' members voices in their ears, just not that loud as their own voice. By removing them when Jin was singing, Jungkook, except from wanting to listen to Jin's voice better, most possibly wanted to listen to the crowd cheering for Jin and singing along to his beautiful voice. Sometimes, he simply wants to feel that vibe and support for his beloved one, too. :)
