As an environmental science student I am trying to understand social change towards a more sustainable future🌱. If everyone does their bit by trying to generate clean energy, use less plastics and switch to more environmentally friendly consumerism, we can make a BIG difference 😊. Eating less meat and dairy would make a huge difference. Animal agriculture is the worst factor when it comes to climate change. There are a lot of great documentaries about all that on Netflix, like cowspiracy for example.

Khoa: If you really want to make a difference you could consider closing the fridge, using less plastic bags and stop ordering everything twice and more times online. Use stuff until you reallyyyy need a new one. Rethink your consumerism

Id love for them to do a true inventory of how much waste they create! Everything they buy is using energy and they can make a huge difference. You dont have to be zero waste but just little changes are so great. Even only get starbucks in reusable cups with reusable straws
Your not just one little person. You have a huge platform to influence people and the choices they make. You guys could promote more sustainable and eco friendly product rather than fast fashion and plastic consumerism that contributes to the destruction of the planet. If change isn't made now, we won't have a planet by 2030. By having a huge influence it comes with a responsibility to do your part for positive change.

If you want to save the world, you could definitely make a difference with everyone following you! Start looking into it and talking about small gesture everyone can do everyday to start saving the planet! For example, i got stainless steel reusable straws so i dont have to use plastic straws anymore! A bunch of these little actions can really make a difference and a lot of people would start doing it if they see you do it :) Think about it!

Khoa please remember that only 9% of all the plastic is actually recycled! So if you really want to make a difference to the world, try changing your lifestyle into no plastics and only reusable items. All the Starbucks cups and straws y’all buy everyday really don’t help the environment :(

Khoa! Individuals can make a difference if we all work together. I've made a deal with myself that if I don't bring my reusable cup I can't buy a coffee. Please consider at least switching to re-usable bags and coffee cups!
Agree I use a reusable cup too, read it takes 20 years for a plastic cup to compost. So with everyone buying coffee every day... That's a lot of cups
Your consumerism is mind boggling guys. Please consider simple things like reusable shopping bags & coffee cups using less plastic shut the fridge door turn off some lights and buy less stuff - so much stuff & seemingly always on a whim. Gotta teach your kids how to look after the planet. Nouveau Riche comes to mind.

Khoa,if you really want to save the world,stop using so much plastic.. Starbucks cups,straws,plastic bags because I’m a daily watcher and I can see how much of it you guys are using and it’s making me really sad 😔 Reusable bags,straws and cups are the way to go 😊
And plastic is not even healthy, in Spain, I guess that in other countries too, all bottles have a number at the bottom, depending on the number you can reuse the plastic but it's still harmful, reusing plastic bottles, cups or any container where you put something you're going to eat or drink is a bad idea, by the uses the food/drink gets contaminated because plastic releases heavy metals which can cause serious health issues, sorry for my bad English, I'm trying my best uwu

if you want to help the world and the ocean, reduce your plastics and eat less meat! every little thing helps. even if u only do meatless mondays or use reusable bags, it will still make a difference in some way!

I'm pretty sure if you bring your Starbucks reuseable cups/mugs/bottles in you get 10 cents off and it helps save the straws and the cups. The investment in a 10-15 dollar cup could really make a difference! Also, if you're at a restaurant and they give you a straw, you can tell them that you don't want them. Also, at most supermarkets they sell reuseable/washable metal straws! They're the same size as the plastic ones most places use and it's super easy to wash! Khoa & Keren you guys are extremely influential with your subscribers, followers, and fans!

Dude blue planet 2 is legit! I was so sad when I watched that episode, some of the worlds bigest coral reefs loose a ton of mass every year due to global warming.

As someone who also recently started getting more involved with the environment protection, I understand what you're saying and I understand that you feel like you can't do much but with your huge following, just truly bringing people's awareness to these things can do so much because being uneducated about a topic is the worst enemy of any change in the world. I'm not gonna sit here and act like I completely stopped using plastic and am single handedly saving the world but I did switch to reusable straws and bags, I'm trying not to eat out for the sake of my health and also because basically all coffee and take out food nowadays comes in plastic containers. Our habits are hard to let go off but thinking about your own safety, your children's safety and that of the planet itself really helps you just bring a reusable bag to a grocery store and pick up a stainless steel or silicone straw since the latter are biodegradable.
Btw. I am NOT trying to be a smartass, I've been watching and loving this channel for a while and would never be the one to say this if it wasn't brought up in the vlog itself.
