What's the fear that Wunmi is having that she can't do DNA test. It is said that a free conscience fears no accusation. In fact Wunmi doesn't love Liam a bit. Because if she does and fears for the future of the boy, she would have done the test from the on set of the request. Am sure if Liam is of age and controversy like this stirs up he would have forced his mother to go for the test. It's increasingly clear every day that Wunmi has something to hide and the DNA test is the key to unravel the puzzle. Needless to say that Wunmi has the backing of state apparatus especially Nigeria Police. But at the nick of time God will turn their wisdom to fullishness.

Ilerioluwa never denied the paternity of Liam and even tattooed Liam's name on his body even before the baby was born, so what right do you think you have to question the boy's paternity after your son's death?
He as every right to question the paternity of the lil lad if he feels something is not right! Wunmi should pls allow a DNA test to be done on the child to clear all doubts and allegations levelled against her.

The case as escalated even beyond the power of Wunmi now because a lot of people are interested in it and it's a case that will set a precedent on who has the right to DNA in Nigeria law.
There has never been any record of a grandfather asking for the DNA of a child born within a valid marriage before in Nigeria so this case will serve as a precedent to be referred to in the future if similar cases comes up.
The court has to determine whether to grant the request of baba Mohbad to conduct a DNA based on the reasons he gave for demanding the DNA or uphold the current law that states that only the biological father of a child can demand paternity of a child born within a valid marriage.
Wunmi's bride price was paid during a traditional marriage and that is recognized as a valid marriage under the Customary marriage Act of Nigeria.
Mohbad was present when the baby was born, did the naming ceremony and even tattooed Liam's name on his body before the baby was born. And according to Jossy, Ilerioluwa never told him in his lifetime that he was not the father of that child, so all the hearsay and rumors wouldn't hold any water in the court of law.
Wunmi would do the DNA when she feels like doing it not because Jossy and those misleading him thinks they have the right to demand for her son's DNA.
