I don't think it's necessary to condemn the whole tribe because of a despicable act committed by an individual.
The maram people are doing what they can for a safe environment. Sale of alcohol is banned in maram areas near the college though it's still openly available for purchasing in makhan which unfortunately falls on the mao side. You shouldn't be pointing fingers on safety when the problem lies right in your garden. This whole comment sounds too politically inclined in my opinion. The whole case seems like a ruse for you to poke at the maram people. What a shame.
Still maram is much safer then any anywhere around in Manipur. I should say safest place to be around.
