EPA was established by congress in 1970, a bipartisan endeavor that was signed into law by Republican Richard Nixon after passing a Democratically controlled House and Senate.

Someone should have told her that Nixon sent to Congress a plan to consolidate many environmental responsibilities of the federal government under one agency, a new Environmental Protection Agency. So, um...yeah, the EPA is authorized by congress. Every time she opens her mouth, you understand why it took her so many times to get her GED.
Maybe Bobblehead should read the SCOTUS ruling and learn a bit about EPA, DUH

The Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act both passed in the Congress and Senate and signed into law by a Republican President (Nixon), well before Lauren was even born. Lauren's intellectual development peaked in her escort business.

My electric bill in NV during heat waves and all is $50 a month. There is solar and wind energy along with coal and oil. When I lived in the State of Washington coal and fuel energy and water energy our monthly bill was $300 a month so Barbary literally knows nothing about the prices for our utility bills before the major Green energy regulations. She also doesn’t understand what happened in California where people (baby boomers and older) were dying of lung diseases because of the smog. When they changed the regulation of cars alone saved lives already. And that was long before the green energy became so popular.
And I moved to NV in 2017. Me electric bill has been $50 a month since moving into this home in 2018. I. WA and in NV both places have central air. My last electric bill in WA was $300 in March 2017. We didn’t have an electric bill when we first moved to NV it was paid for by the landlord then we moved here and it’s been $50!ever since. I actually just paid this months bill and it was $49.78.
