If you know how to claim your minor estate, you need not worry about discharging debt in bankruptcy. Cause you'll have your cestui qui vie trust back in your possession. We are too discharge debt for everything. We the people are the FKN creditors. Not the banks
So if a company during a buyout promises to not change the company's inner process and policies, and is actively trying to change all those things, would that constitute promissory estoppel based on the idea that they were keeping the employees on the basis nothing was going to change, thus making it so the decisions made were based on that promise?
Has the Promissor's (gift giver) gratuitous promise contained in a unilateral contract been disclosed as a free Will gift/donation to the Promissee w/o a Promissee's obligation to the Promissor. What is the Promissee's consideration to the Promissor for the corresponding promise?
I understand there was no consideration in the example given, but there was also no clear acceptance of the offer. Can we still analyze promissory estoppel if there was only an offer given, no acceptance?
Thank you for the video. I watch it before, after the class and to review the contents. Very helpful! Of course, subscribed for it!

Reliance damages are less than expectation damages. Promissory restoration

Facts. You think reading the trust indentures Is the way to go about paying like a creditor ?
But what about case law with regards to the application of promissory estoppel, would have loved to see the cases being applied in your discussion 😊

For gratuitous promise, does promise need to accept the promise?
