Is there a way you can turn it back to a school owned computer so if the administrators look, they won’t know that we put it in dev mode. Basically is there a undo button for all of this but we will be able to do it again
So, I've tried this on a XE310XBA (Samsung Chromebook), and none of these solutions have worked. Since developer mode is blocked on it, I tried restarting (esc + refresh + power) 5 or so times but it still woudn't be available. I also unpluged the battery and held the power button for ~40 seconds, but after booting it up and getting to the screen again, developer mode was still locked. Is there anything else I could do to un-block dev mode in this chromebook? Maybe something related to the motherboard would do the trick?
For those who are saying it didnt work, My friend once told me, That you have to unscrew the back, then take out the SIM card that is connected to your School Chromebook, Just Replace the SIM card with another SIM card, Which will bypass the schools domain.
Every time I refresh and keep trying to get the screen to say dev mode activated instead of dev mode enabled it won’t work
Did not work for me either. Still on the Chrome OS missing or damaged.
Crld

both options might not work, your best bet is to get a new or used motherboard for your chromebook
