Mike Cunning some of my most productive ever training sessions have been when extremely fatigued. I feel my muscles recovered but everything just feels “heavy” The weight still moves the same for me but to do so I need to give 110% mentally. That’s what I find is the difference.
Damien Arvo I'm talking a technical definition of fatigue. Physical fatigue is the transient inability of a muscle to maintain optimal physical performance, and is made more severe by intense physical exercise. Feeling like crap isn't physical fatigue.
That chick squatting 315x11.. I bet she can barely do 225x2 without the belt and sleeves. Sorry but her squats suck imo and aren't putting much tension on the muscles.

Let say I am very fatigue after training, but it doesn’t mean I am not able to recover from that volume right?
You will be able to recover, but the question is how long will it take. And how much time do you have?
How peaking can affect sleeping ?
Perception of fatigueis poorly correlated. Fatigue itself, if you could objectively measure it, does have impact on performance.
