i cannot replicate the patch you created @1:58 with version 6.1.18. only get a 4 sided patch

Can you drawing this part on Quicksurface software. In Quicksurface, I dont see "Curve Network" tool.
There is no curve network, but with the quad surface you can get exactly the same results
