The dress with the cylindrical bottom is called potloi, it's a meetei/meitei wedding dress (meetei/meitei-a community in manipur) but the potloi is also worn in ras leela ( a Raas Leela" roughly means Dance of Devine Love. The dance form tells the story of Krishna, Radha and the Gopi) but the design and size of the potloi differ from the dance one to the wedding one. And the second dress u are confused about is our traditional wear,the bottom which is wrapped from waist is called phanek and there are different style and color and the chunri thing is called enaphi in short phi and we have unique style different from the rest of the world and this phanek-phi is worn by married women on daily basis and unmarried women wear the phanek-phi occasionally but there is no restrictions in wearing it everyday it's to their choice but unmarried women skip the phi in daily wear cause the chunri/dupatta/phi is a symbol of married women if worn everyday, and there are different varieties of phanek-phi , one to wear at home in daily basis, one that we wear to attend weddings, one that we wear when going for prayer, etc..
