The more I come into awareness the more I realize my past experiences have frozen me into an increasingly rigid state which is the reason I tend to come up into so much resistance in so many areas of my life. The hardest part is letting go and trusting in the present moment.
I feel like when I let go and let God, and my guides up there, mystery to explain here but always works here for x reasons, yes it all comes at the right time, in right timing and falls perfectly into place. It’s magic. No more stress. All but inner peace and trust. Heaven always works for me and I’m grateful for it.
this is brilliant! So well explained and it's such a great reminder of how much power we have over our consciousness and state of being. I love that you mention that it's not so much about one specific way/words but about what works specifically for you to make a mental shift. So it's just playing around and seeing what works!
I don’t know because I rarely let go. I’m the mom, the ‘budget lady’ at work, the wife, and the one who everyone look to lead our family. And then I have a passion to GO for my goals and if I don’t I’m not going to achieve them. This gives me a lot to think about. 🤔
Letting go, in this case, is not about ‘not doing’ or ‘doing less’ - it’s about understanding and letting go of the limiting beliefs that undermine ease and how effortless success can be. Those beliefs that are driving us to do ‘more’- just to believe we’re worthy. It has nothing to do with effort- and everything to do with our own inherent sense of self-worth. A question to help uncover and let go of any unconscious limiting beliefs or resistance would be: What would it mean about you, if you didn’t achieve your goals? Or in other words, what would be your sense of worth- if you couldn’t lead or achieve? This is simply a thought experiment to see where you’re outsourcing your worth and uncover the ways in which you’re limiting your own success.
But would you say learning a new language you are not to flow you have to put in effort and work hard. Another example Kobe bryant michael jordan worked very hard and became the best i don't think if they relaxed and took it easy they wouldn't be the greatest. Just a thought. I would like to hear your opinion on this
When you do what you love- from passion, inspiration and intention- it’s not hard work. ‘Hard work’ is what we’ve been told we need to do to be successful, rich, happy, etc. but it’s a lie and it distracts us from recognizing what we are meant to do, and from allowing ourselves to do/create it. I’m not saying there won’t be challenges along the way… but you will want to face them when you’re doing what you love.
Bullshit! I am waiting for over 5 years for my one million Euros! I am playing the lottery, and waiting for donations for over 5 years, nothing happens! The only way to get that money is to go to work and save money! Nothing else!
‘I’m waiting over 5 years..’ yeah.. there’s your problem. Waiting is an energy of not having- so that’s what you get: an experience of not having. It’s a simple law- always reflecting your vibration.
5 to Thrive (5 steps. 5 mins):
1. Let Go
2. I AM Awareness
3. Ask the right question
4. Call it in
5. Align with it

Yes exactly! We’re all master creators- so self-trust is key to uncovering and owning the way it works best for each of us 🙏🏼
