Maybe some of the comments here are from people who have been in the Water Treatment business a long time and are now a bit jaded . I`ve just started , three and a half months to be precise and every day , just like the presenter , I`m like WOW. I think all the various treatment processes are amazing and really interesting . I just wish I`d started my career years ago as I actually look forward to going to work every day , which is something that's very hard to find
hey dude..!! thnx for the discussion i really appreciate it but not only our support and comments made this efforts, your also own efforts helps you.. see you on boards dude..!
Yes. Eric Smith simply doesn't shut up. I've seen lots examples of this where the people producing an educational presentation think the public is so stupid that it couldn't possibly comprehend any explanation by an expert without a lay person serving as the intermediary. They do it on TV all the time--you need a celebrity to guide you along. You end up with very little information and mostly wasted time. All it does is make you want to stop watching.
Not a bad tour but I found the interviewer to be somewhat annoying. Moldy cheese as an analogy for bacterial action? Meh. And he was "wow"ing enough to make Huell envious.

the interviewer guy just decided to describe how things work like he wasn't interviewing a guy meant to describe how the things work
Much of this started with Bob Vila and This Old House. I can't tell you how many times I was yelling at Bob to shut up and let the guy explain.
Those pipes at the 8:00 mark is where the dechlorination agent is added.
At our plant, the final effluent is hit with Sodium Bi-sulfate just before discharge. It's a dechlorinating agent.
Isn't there supposed to be a biological aerated filters (BAF)?

Are they actually dumping chlorinated water in a creek?
zmooc No
No he said they declorinate it
one person works in the companies that harm the water
They de-chlorinate it first.
where is health and safety ? no PPE at all
The operator was being nice because what comes through the most is tampons the applicators and condoms. Stop flushing that shit!
To bad you don't reclaimed that water and use it for irrigation instead of just dumping it
