Day 14 of challenge, Gentle Yoga SI joint w/Amy. Great way to loosen up the lower back, hips....loved it. Thanks Amy for putting out the challenge. I am going to continue to do yoga at least 3 days a week. I really appreciate the yoga classes on UA-cam. I think I will wait until I get vaccinated before coming back to the studio. Thanks again.
Thank you! I’m recovering from a bicycle crash and have lost a lot of core strength that maintained my SI joint function. This session brought ease of movement and pain with my first try! I’m so grateful!
A couple times a week would probably be a great start. If there's one or two particular poses that feel really good though you could do them anytime it felt needed.
Hey awesome practice. I jacked my SI joint up at work. Ironworker by trade and train in Combat Ju Jutsu about 20 hours a week I saw physio and chiropractor and no relief. work or train then bed riden. my gf is exhausted from trying to massage out the tension. Anywsys. first time in 2 week where I have no pain. Thank you very much. How many times a dsy do I do this?
Hey Darren! So glad this was helpful. I think doing this a few times per week would be a great start. Feel free to take bits and pieces of the practice and do them whenever you feel you need a little relief (ie: the "re-setting" portion at the end around 24:30) etc.
This felt wonderful! I have severe SI joint pain and this gave me some relief!
