Hey Dr. I have a question. I have had this sweet tongue for a week now with a grey coating on my tongue and two red blisters in the back of my tongue but I my blood sugar is normal at an A1C of 5.2. What could be causing the stubborn sweetness? I don’t feel the sweetness when eating or drinking, only when not eating.
