Their defense improved extremely well in the last moments of the episode,the goalkeeper deflecting the ball,raichi stopping the stupid guys kick and then at the last second right before the ball was about to end their whole careers gagamaru came in clutch and saved the day.
I’m just impressed by the enemy goalie suddenly “nope, this guy isn’t gonna pass he’s gonna take the shot right now”… great insight into his opponent’s mindset.
That slow motion on the 3 man defense on Nagi gave me CHILLS🤯🤯😮 Really really been loving Blue Lock so far. Cant wait to see what simulation Isagi brings up!

Honestly, I almost screamed just like Imamura did at 1:12 when Nagi got the ball because I was sure team z would actually lose (or maybe tie) this match
Kinda makes you question the ranking system. Team V are supposedly all ranked higher than Team Z, but aside from three players, no one can actually do anything. And before someone answers that the other three are just the ones the game is revolving around, I am talking about general things like duels where they are just way too weak.
Ego literally says it's arbitrary. Tbh is likely he put the most volatile players(Team Z) together to inspire them to grow and awaken, while prodigies like Reo and Nagi are put in a group of nobodies and Zantetsu to play to their ideas of they are the special ones so they don't get discouraged. So the rankings are likely there to further those ideas
