About those infamous Aeromexico B737Max 8 these all-economy, no IFE seats planse with 30 to 29 inches of seat space can be found frequently on high density routes like Cancun, San Jose del Cabo and Puerto Vallarta and sometimes on some domestic routes. (Labeled in Google Flights as 737 MAX 7 and in Aeromexico website as "premier light seats" when selecting seats) These planes are the ones Aeromexico got when they were under Chapter 11 between 2020 to 2022, also most of these planes will be fitted with the standard IFE seats and space configuration in the future. But the vast majority of 737 Max 8s have IFE with 31 inches of space and all MAX 9s have it too, all of these planes can be found in domestic and international flights, its a matter of luck to get on of those planes on those routes I mentioned A shame about the broken bag, looks like the bag was handed poorly Overall great video, Aeromexico is an underrated airline as we watched on the 787 flight and the average 737Max 8 experience, but sometimes they run on shameful issues :C
Appreciate the info very much! Makes a lot of sense, as it did appear on FR24 as a 737 MAX 7 and I didn’t understand why. Hopefully sometime in the future I can fly one of their proper MAX 8s. On another note, what happened with the bag was a shame. Their attention was also not good. It was very difficult to use the money we were ‘given’, and it was not enough for a new bag as the one they broke. Then I made the claim to their customer support, but they said they couldn’t do anything else. Pretty shameful. Still, the inflight experiences were good. Thanks for watching!

En primer lugar, no era vieja. Y en segundo lugar, por más que lo fuera, una vez que uno despacha su equipaje, el mismo pasa a ser responsabilidad de la aerolínea. Esa valija fue despachada en perfecto estado y llegó destrozada. Por lo tanto, es 100% culpa de la aerolínea. La valija estaba bajo su responsabilidad.

Esa maleta se veía muy vieja, no es culpa totalmente de la aerolínea
