Thanks dude will try to make ontap upgrade video
This is informative! The share once mounted on Unix server by root user, will that allow non-root users to write to it? From the looks of it by the options you specified (ro any and rw any) it should but just want to confirm. I did almost same but GUI.. After mounting non-root users cannot write to it or I cannot assign change ownership of the dirs created under it!
Hello Arun
The issue that you have described can have many causes one of the common scenario is that your volume may have ntfs security style. Please note that assigning ro any and rw any in export policy rule does not provide full access to all users. The non root users can access the mount point if proper permission is provided from UNIX level.
Good Vedio. Can share any e-book to mastering storage
Hi, Can you make a video on LDAP and how to configure it on netapp cluster mode please, would be really helpfull. Thankyou.
good explanation! how can i contact you ?
I am getting mount.nfs: Connection timed out
May be the client is not reachable from NetApp arrays of there is firewall rules which is blocking the communication from NetApp to client.
Does this nfs share had quota
Yes, its the same that you provide for volume or qtree.
