I think you made the best choice. It will be beautiful when finished, and your own design. All will be well in the end. Plus you can have a big bonfire with all the gutting's. Most importantly it is bigger and we can always use more room. So happy for you!
I'm so glad you chose a mobile home for the same reasons you said. It will be fantastic when you're done with it, and way sturdier and nicer than mobile homes often are. And, you'll know for sure exactly what you put behind the walls. You already have formed an amazing community out there and you you already have skills from working on the tiny house. Now you just need some good tools and a couple of dumpsters to get started! Maybe a canopy to work under. :)
I have been trying to get a dumpster out here all month. That is one of the companies that dont like to call back ugh. I cant wait to get the house here so that I can get started on it!
omg spray foam on the toilet, haha! jeeeze!! I can only imagine what that second one smelt like, blekk! Wow! You are going to need to rally the troops to help you with that one, I can' wait to see what you do with it!! Congrats!
That first one made me sick to look at it. Wow. I can't even wrap my head around all the tearout. You're a brave woman. Looking forward to seeing how it progresses.
Hi! Didn’t realize you were posting again! Yay! You’re right about the shed conversions. That’s 1 reason why we’re going to build a new cabin. Can’t wait to see what you do with the mobile home!
Wow,I'll never be able to get one. I can't believe the prices, on them. And to think prices are going up every day. It gets me when I have seen people give mobile homes away just to get rid of them in Oklahoma, and to know& see the damage done on these &yet their asking that kind of prices back then... I think you diffently got the better deal thou on yours, out of them all. Yours is diffently made major changes compared from then to now. Happy to know you have a home of your own now, even more happy to see the progress that you have done. God bless you sister....😊
Thank you! Ya I have seen people pay more, for worse condition. But Ive also seen some pay $500 for one that was just old and nothing wrong with it! There are deals out there if its Gods will
I think you choose wisely. It is a lot of work but doable. The sheds were to iffy and may have cost more than the mobile home would to convert. The first trailer should be a give a way. m watching and sb and watching older ones. Peace!
@@BigDreamsTinyBudget we need a new video. Annmarie, isn't this the one you didn't know what year it was made? Doesn't it have a title? It would state the year on the title.
@@HanginOutWithStan editing new video now. Hoping to release as a premier tomorrow mid day so we can watch it live :). There is no title and no data plate. The kid that lived there tore them out of it. Sellers bought the land with this mobile included on it
I do like the 2x4 framing. Hopefully you won't have to replace any of that. The layout you showed looked pretty good to me. Interested to see how you are going to change that. The electric has to be completely redone, but that's really not that tough. All in all, I think you made a good choice. Especially when you consider the size and price.
I saw your channel come up on the Stiver's live and thought I would come show your channel some love. Can't wait to see your home be delivered! I bet you can't either.
That seems to be best deal of the ones you presented. Start slow, one part at a time. DON'T strip it to studs because you risk collapse. I'd start with the floor and and you've got a solid be surface to move around on. Good luck with your project.
Gotta strip the walls first to see what I'm dealing with on rim joists. I think floors will be last cuz need to do wiring and plumbing before floors. Interior drywall last
I agree. The shower/tub on the other side of that wall and there is a wood plank laying on the floor in bathroom to keep you from going through the floor. All that coming out anyhow cuz I'm moving the bathroom
Fun watching all the house hunting. I tried to do a shed conversion years ago but we have too many building restrictions here in Fl because of hurricanes it makes it almost impossible to do one :/

I'm thinking it may still be too big lol. Don't know what I will do with all that space!
What an awesome choice!!! I can not wait for the future videos of the remodel. 😁🤗😀 so exciting!!!
Country Road Cure? Shouldn't you be on your way to Arkansas by now? Gary and Mel are getting lonely.
Thanks! I can't wait for it to get here so I can get started! You all need to hurry up and get to Arkansas!!

I think you picked the best one in the end. I know you are excited to get started ASAP!!!!
thanks! I may have a demo party once it arrives LOL
I think it's going to be beautiful when you get it done
I hope so!

The scariest thing about that first one is....they ran a day care center out of it! Yikes!

Thanks! Ya I moved 2200 miles away and back to uploading videos :) hopefully getting mobile delivered in the next few days
@@BigDreamsTinyBudget wow!!! I’m going to have to catch up on your videos! Good luck with the mobile, you’re going to be busy.
Best of luck with that. Will be quite the project
Thank you. I'm looking forward to it!
How exciting! So big! It will be so nice fixed up!
I think so too! its double the size of my tiny home LOL
Can not wait to go on the journey of remodel with you! Congratulations!
Thank you!
I can't wait to see the finished product.
I can't wait to get started on it! Still waiting for a delivery date :(

I love that skylight but I am scared
It would break from storms where I live lol
I went thru that to, I know it is discouraging. But it will work out and you"ll be so happy

Hey Ann Marie. Great video girl. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful day🙂
Thank you!
Good choice! I liked those big windows but was afraid of that electrical when I first saw it. Lots of room for the price! Good luck on the redo.
I love those windows! I will be adding a few more windows too! LOL
How excited I can’t wait to see you rip into it.....so exciting and I am excited for you!
Thank you! I can't wait to get started!!
Good video, thanks for sharing, excited for you, God bless !
Thank you! ❤️
Yay ... I love it , I'm so excited for you . I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it .
Thanks! I can't wait to get started! Hopefully it will be here by the time you come visit lol
It would be interesting to see how it's going to look. New friend
Welcome aboard! ❤️
Congrats!!!! That process would of stress me out.
Thanks! I think in the long run it will all be worth it!
Well if anybody can do it🌷 I feel like you can🎈Congratulations on your home purchase 🎈
Thank you!
I am so excited to see you make it home, good luck with the move
Thank you!
That's going to be nice Annmarie! I know you're anxious to get it and start rebuilding it.
It finally arrived this week! Now the real work begins!

@@BigDreamsTinyBudget All good.
Looking forward to see what you do with it. Nice size and as you said, lots of options, take care and stay safe
Thank you!
That water damage in the bedroom looked like it was from the bathroom to me

Thanks for watching, ya no restrictions here. In WA however I am hearing horror stories about restrictions :(
A little surprised at the choice... But it will be very interesting to see the end results when you're done with it!
Hopefully when I'm done with it it won't be recognizable lol
I like it!
Thank you!
#2 porch was the only thing I liked
Ya unfortunately that porch is included in size so it takes away from interior space available
I'm so glad you never choose #1
Haha ya that one was horrible. I see it's still on the market too yikes
