Isn't building a platform with every 2 blocks being 3 blocks apart (block _3 air _ block) the best solution for monsters , you can just barkor across your base and the monsters will fall. everything I said is just an idea aka (I'm not liable) . Love your vids btw, keep it up ❤️.

Btw you can also make charcoal for torches by smelting any type of logs.
you should make a shear, and shear the screaming sheep to get wool and run. on previous episodes. You have alot of irons to make a shear. P.S. Make a Screaming sheep farm, build fence around it, so you wont take damage from the sheep, so you can shear them and get the wool.
Tip: Add the fences or wooden stairs in a upside down as a window because some dwellers can break the windows, door and even climb so you can do fences as a window and make the house have a +1 block more shed so that the dwellers can not climb easily Also place ladders in your house to go to your watchtower trust me it will help a lot and make a second small floor section in your house

Sometimes all type of zombie have a 2.5% chance of dropping either an iron ingot, carrot, or potato when killed by a player. I believe it, because in Wasteland a chicken spawned with baby zombie. Maybe, building mob farm can make easier. Good luck
You should build a wall for the watchtower, because if something spawn there, it cant push you down to the other mobs and you will die. And if you go underwater, you can find sand and make glass. I hope it will help!

Also for the house upgrade I would say to place some fences on the watchtower just in case when you are there you don't die by fall damage and also a gate and place it to the nearest water so you can escape by jumping in it

Something I’ve learned from building on slabs is that you can place blocks on slabs if it’s a double slab

I got all of the mods on curseforge. To get the world you need the biomes o plenty mod and then create a world with only the wooded wasteland biome 😃
