i finished it but tried korma and it's absolutely delicious easily my favourite so far very nice taste
I don’t like the Mac a cheese either, but I bought a bag so I’ll eat it! The Thai Green Curry is my favourite so far.
I tried it aswell. First time it was like. Ok? Its not gross...but not reaaaaaally tasty aswell...but beginning frome the second time eating i was blown away. Its sooooo tasty
It's edible, if you really must have a meal from a pack. It's a bit like a high quality seeds wholegrain bread smashed up with some chilli flavouring that's not too strong.

I just had the Mexican chili this morning and it was so good. Not just for being a healthy meal replacement, but also for being a damn good tasting chili in general.
I’ve only tried two flavors so far and I’m real happy about the Mexican chili flavor and the fact that I could keep buying this bag over and over again if I don’t like the other flavors.
I found the tomatoe and herb to taste a bit overwhelming tomatoe wise, but I should have expected that with the name. Maybe it will taste better to me the next time I eat it.
I’ll try the spicy Indian curry later today and update.
I typically eat these with a bit of rice added. Becomes more reminiscent of a normal meal, while still being delicious. Sure, it throws the nutritional balance a bit out the window, but meh, that is fine. Also reduces the price per meal.

yeah its the lentils that swells it, up also potato flour, oat flour, wheat flour could have been used (dunno if they are though)
It’s gluten free. No wheat/flour.
@@kawaiiatlanta3993 potato flour and oat flour are both gluten free (unless contaminated). flour = ground finely
Idk what i did wrong because,1 doesn’t taste like chili, 2 it doesn’t smell like chili. It taste like pure brown rice only but somehow spicy. I really don’t like. Any tips? I followed the instructions to a tee.

Clive! Question for you, I've watched all 3 of your H&S reviews. Are you still using them? What flavours are your favourite now? And are you adding anything extra to them to mix it up?

I'm very sensitive to spices, even just pepper - do you think the chilli flavor would be too spicy for me? I haven't tried any of the new hot and savory line, but I was looking at it today thinking of giving it a try!
If you're sensitive to spices, yes. The tomato & herb is tasty
I dont get it, when it says 7 servings, is that only 7 meals per bag?? That'd go way to quick for the price you're paying.
I do have it right dont I? Or am I getting confused?
It's about £18.33 a bag, 7 meals = £2.61 per meal. (Less if you order on subscription)

Can anyone please tell me what to put on it to make it better. All three of my bags are absolutely tasteless.
Shaking the bag is not enough. I thought the same thing first time around. Then I dig in and gave it a really good stir with a slotted spoon. Made a HUGE difference.
Have you continue to use the meal replacements everyday since your first review?
Yes, the Tomato and the Chili are my go to for lunch. Sometimes I am a poached egg to the Mexican chilli for dinner...

Why do reviewers of this stuff not know what a green curry is supposed to look like?
Hey dude i got the ASUS vp28u and am using the xbox series x but sometimes the screen flickers white every once ina while it seems to be fine 90% of the time on games but on netflix and youtube its an issue and then carries onto the games almost as if watching anythingcauses it, any advice?

yes. I have it regularly for lunch. Occasionally, I'll have it with a poached egg on top for an evening meal.

Have you tried mixing flavors? Not sure if it would recently be good, Ha ha I'm just that guy that's like Hmmm lemme try a little of each together.
For the Thai curry, fill the pot with boiling water about a half centimetre under the fill line, stir and set lid on, then put in micro for 1m and leave for 10m. Comes out with perfect texture (just takes longer)

Hope you like. I have found them really useful alternative to the Huel drinks, especially in Autumn and Winter

So I've been microwaving mine in the pot. Its turned out fine, but is that OK? It's not releasing anything is it?
I microwave mine now. I think it's best way to prepare it.
Do you think you've gotten healthier after eating these consistently?
Anecdotally, yes. I've maintained my weight, never feel bloated and overall feel generally healthy. I've not noticed any negative side effects in the 4 years or so of having. I tend to have meal replacements for lunch most days. For me it is good to know my body is not missing out on essential minerals and vitamins.
