Some other tips: 1. if the start of the sound is inside the span it will be triggered and it might even extend beyond the span. this tends to happen with sounds that have large indexes 2. polymeter loop lengths can act a bit weird with span because its hard to know exactly when they will be triggered.. the math is harder to do mentally 3. i'm working on make this system more intuitive as i learn what hiccups folks are having. it might be different if you are watching this video in the future.
