As an IT student, I recommend creating a folder, whiteboard ect, of the tech stack (tools) you going to need, meaning to building websites you'll need certain tools, hosting some other tools and so on. Also, keep track of your subscriptions and make them visible on a whiteboard or so. If not, you'll forget, and It will get out of hand real quick.

When i was taking a gap year, i was doing affiliate marketing but i was promoting weight loss products through Facebook but the market was saturated and i couldnt make any money from it, after watching this especially with AI these days I'm motivated to go back but focus on another niche

It depends on how you are generating your traffic there are low cost options such as pinterest affiliate marketing, search for it on youtube. You can do it at first then as you make money scale it. Everything cost money but it does not have to be too much, it depends what "a lot of money" means to each person. For people with a job who want to build a side income or people in marketing who want to build side hustles its not too expensive.
I would stand to disagree. There are many approaches to affiliate marketing, as Eugene has mentioned in the video there actual intermediary offices. However, the other approach is being a content creator and promoting brands and courses. Here there is no need for a website to build, just use your affiliate link.

Hey, you need to search for affiliate deals with companies as mentioned in the video. You can't deal with customers directly. That's close to impossible.
It depends what your website is about. I research the topic or field first before building a site to see if there is demand or search volume for the topics covered on the website. If there is demand I will check to see if there are affiliate deals in that niche by search on google for {insert niche name or website topic} affiliate program or affiliate network. I then apply once I have a live website with content. Some programs may want to have traffic first before applying.

I agree. It is a lot of money and makes maintenance a nightmare. That can be avoided by using sub-domains within the main domain and only pay for a single domain. That is always the advice to my clients when they're trying to have separate websites especially static websites.

An article is on a page, the same as a homepage or about. It has a link with pictures (optional). Each article has its own page. You can have a page with multiple articles, but that's not good because each article has its own link.

Hey, you need to search for affiliate deals with companies as mentioned in the video. You can't deal with customers directly. That's close to impossible.
It depends what your website is about. I research the topic or field first before building a site to see if there is demand or search volume for the topics covered on the website. If there is demand I will check to see if there are affiliate deals in that niche by search on google for {insert niche name or website topic} affiliate program or affiliate network. I then apply once I have a live website with content. Some programs may want to have traffic first before applying.

I agree. It is a lot of money and makes maintenance a nightmare. That can be avoided by using sub-domains within the main domain and only pay for a single domain. That is always the advice to my clients when they're trying to have separate websites especially static websites.
