I always like these kinds of interviews because it reveals the psychology of the actual people playing the characters. For example, Kaley Cuoco can barely tolerate not having herself be the center of attention. Even when stories being told have nothing to do with her she finds a way to turn it back to her. Interesting...
i noticed that whenever she wasn't talking she looked completely unamused with the whole conversation
Sal Drummond Yup, exactly my point. All she's there to do is pander to the audience but she'd rather be out doing rich, blonde girl things in LA. To her these panels are probably the worse part of her job.
Maybe that's what I've been noticing in nearly all the BBT panels. I made a comment about this on another video segment of this particular panel. Kaley always looks so detached from everyone else, even physically. While everyone else is inclined toward someone else she's ramrod straight and distanced from her neighbours. The comment was intended as an observation, I don't know why I interpreted it that way or, if it's the right interpretation, why she's doing it. What you said could be why. Interesting. I'm glad I'm not the only one who is attentive to these things.
I think this ability to see this sort of thing comes from being a people watcher. Watch enough people and you get to pick up on their subtle cues. ;)

Finally found this. I just posted this same question. I didn't see who called her Pauley, but it was one of the showrunners.
Everyone hating on Kaley for talking... that's just her freaking personality. She's bubbly and outgoing and that's what makes her cute and who she is. I don't see what the problem is - I'm sure we all know someone in our life who chimes in and adds their own two cents in something, and I'm sure we all do it without even realizing it.

Women feel safe around us gay guys because they know we have no ulterior motives - we aren't trying to get you into bed. There is a term for it, it's not very charming - it's termed as a "Fag-hag" which I don't particularly like because that is once again stereotyping someone - and IMO it's not a very nice thing to call someone.

I saw an interview between Mayim and Simon Helberg that really surprised me. They were both describing incredible pressure after having been on a comic con panel to attend some type of party in which they would drink. I was a little disappointed they both fell. Compelled to drink. However, they both spoke very highly of the medication that they do now to control their feelings and keep calm during performances. Apparently there is a lot of pressure to do the drinking bit I do not understand that, given the fact that both seem to be religious people outside in real life. They were both saying about their therapist.
