I love SDS screws, but gotta say that I snap at least one a day. Also, Simpson states that several of their connectors work with #9 SDS, but have fun with that! They hang up and can snap, even without torquing.
Have 11' of garage wall at overhead door that is termite eaten. Need to replace the entire rough opening and the top plate and tie it in with existing undamaged wood, all while not disturbing the brick face on front of house.

What kind of screws I need to secure HTT5 ties to 4X4 support, the holes in the vertical part of the tie are very small in size
