And they changed to EZO and got a more Glam/Hard Rock sound. Unfortunately it wasn't very successful and the label ended their contract. It's a shame because they were AWESOME.
I saw EZO in 1988 at the Cat Club in New York City. It was a very intimate club and the band (for what it was at that point) was great. Their 2nd album really fell short, IMHO.

Yeah Gene Simmons basically americafied them and then they lost all their edge. Flatbacker was KILLER

当時のFMとか日本人向けなのに急にDJが英語で話し始めたりｗ
今でもやってるところもあるようですが、今から思うと
こっ恥ずかしい時代ですた
そのあたりは今でもひっぷほっぷ界隈が黒人になりたがってるのと構造的には変わりがないと思う。
80年代に来日した海外のミュージシャンが´何故日本はこんなにクラッシュのコピバンが多いの？´って不思議がってたらしい つまりはそうゆう事なんだよな。
