Hey Flareon got the highest physical attack among the Eeveelution, of course it's the best Eeveelution in strength. But just in strength, it got bad speed, bulk, movepool, abilities....... which is why it's not good in battle.
Hey guys, did you know that in terms of human companionship, Flareon is objectively the most huggable Pokemon? While their maximum temperature is likely too much for most, they are capable of controlling it, so they can set themselves to the perfect temperature for you. Along with that, they have a lot of fluff, making them undeniably incredibly soft to touch. But that's not all, they have a very respectable special defense stat of 110, which means that they are likely very calm and resistant to emotional damage. Because of this, if you have a bad day, you can vent to it while hugging it, and it won't mind. It can make itself even more endearing with moves like Charm and Baby Doll Eyes, ensuring that you never have a prolonged bout of depression ever again.
Think gens 1 and 3 will have the slowest time of them all. While I'm not sure about gen 1, gen 3's bagon requires 8 badges to get lmao and then in gen 4 it depends on which game we're talking about, in platinum you can get it as soon as you can access Wayward Cave, but in diamond and pearl it'll be after you beat Byron because the secret entrance is blocked by round stones that requires Strength to move, and Wayward Cave is the only place in the entire game where Gible can be found. In gen 5 its also very much at the end game for both games, obviously since Axew/Haxorus is awesome Never played the gen 6 or 7 games, but in gen 8 I believe Applin can be found rather early in the game, after you get the grass badge. Finally in gen 9 Gible can be found in the west province, but not sure if other dragons can be found in a closer location to Mesagoza than Gible.
@@slow_mk8I remember that in Emerald you could catch Swablu after the city with volcanic ash. If I recall correctly it should be faster than getting a Bagon

Fun fact: If you don't change your date on your DS in BW2, a run to capture Eevee could be substantially lengthened if you play during the in-game spring or summer seasons, as the sewers are flooded. This would require you to beat both Elesa and Clay, participate in the Driftveil Tournament at the PWT, defeat the Plasma grunts on the frigate docked nearby, and then head down Route 6 to finally talk to Cheren, who'll give you the HM for Surf. At that point you'd have to walk all the way back to Castelia City to catch Eevee.

You don't need to be BESIDES the mossy and icy rock, those are just landmarks of the route. You just need to level up the Pokémon while on the route with an overworld rock.
You don't need to be next to the moss rock to evolve eevee, just in the same area as it, so you don't need to travel all the way through the forest to evolve eevee.
Fun fact, if you don't count PLA as a main series game, jigglypuff is the only pokemon that is able to be caught (not just obtained, bred, given, etc but actually caught) in every single main series game
Another great video James! Always tempted to start another Gen 3 or 4 pkm run whenever you upload something . Also didn't expect to get a nostalgia trip with Yu-Gi-Oh when I heard the OST at 30:10.
I'm sure sylveon could of been faster in at least 1 or 2 games! It's pretty easy to get on in alola. And Umbreon should be tied with espeon as for each espeon you get, you could of gotten umbreon instead with the same amount time. There's a lot of optimizations that can be made for this so I won't really take this as the definitive list of fastest to obtain eeveelutions 😅
Yet another absolute banger from you. You just can't miss... Everything has been high quality, good fun, and endlessly entertaining. So excited for more to come! Keep crushing it Semaj!!! I LOVE YOU!
So Im actually sure, for Legends Arceus, if you are "Lucky" enough, the red ores pass the Alpha Snorlax on the Feildlands actually have a 5% chance to drop a Fire stone. And you can access that area before you actually get 1 star. You just simply have to dodge all the wild Pokemon over there since you are too low level to fight them If you are lucky enough you can catch your Eevee, run past Snorlax and bam get your Fire Stone on the very first Red ore residue. That will almost definitely be way quicker than following the story and reaching the Heartwoods since you don't even need to finish the tutorial.
As a massive flareon fan, this is a major W for me. (I say masive fan, I mean, I have as much flareon stuff as possible. TBF, Orange is my favorite colour LOL)
of course! at the beggining of the video i was like "bet the eeveelution thats quickest to attain is the worst one", i was right... i remember playing gen one and being like "flareon is a worse arcanine, vaporeon is as good as a lapras, and jolteon is the 2nd best electric type only being beat by... zapdos?!" either way, im glad my second favorite eeveelution got second place!
How long does it take to get the Pseudo Legendary in EVERY Pokémon Game? Specifically the PL that appears in each generation. Dragonite in the Gen 1 Games, Tyranitar in the Gen 2 Games, Metagross or Salamence in the Gen 3 games etc.
With B2W2 as per RT Game's Nuzlocke you can repel manipulate the eevee as it is the only pokemon in the sewers that can be level 19 which would increase the chance from the 5% mentioned to 100% if you could feasibly have a level 19 pokemon there
I listened to this passively, but once I got towards the 25 minute mark, my brain started to pay attention like, "this person is actually doing this!" Lol
Love hearing this! I always love when I find a video that I want to keep listening to while doing things but know I will need to go back and see what I missed later. Hope you enjoy! :)
You can get Crystal done a smidge faster. Don't accept any phone numbers except Alan (and delete any you have) so his is the only number. When you talk to mom, BOOM, only person that can call is Alan
I just found your channel and watched all of your videos. Can't wait to see more. Would you consider doing a Jigglypuff or Scyther in every game run? Those are mine and my husbands favorite Pokemon and both can be found in almost all games. I think Jigglypuff is unobtainable in Arceus and Scyther is transfer only in one or two games.
Thank you so much for the support! Stoked you enjoyed! 😊 And I totally agree, love both of those ideas! The jigglypuff one has been on my list since starting as I have a thumbnail idea and theme that I think would be a lot of fun. 😁

@@anacrespobrites6728 I do have a wholesome version of the Vaporeon one somewhere around here… Hey guys, did you know that in terms of pure versatility, Vaporeon is one of the best water-type pokemon out there? It's true! In the current pokemon version, Vaporeon is a valuable addition to any team due to its strong stats and diverse movepool. Its water-type attacks, such as Hydro Pump and Surf, are powerful and effective against a wide range of opponents, and its ability to learn moves from other types, such as Quick Attack and Shadow Ball, gives it added flexibility in battle. But Vaporeon is not just a formidable opponent in battle; it is also a joy to have on your team outside of combat. Its calm and graceful demeanor make it a pleasant companion, and its high breedability ensures that you can easily add more Vaporeons to your team if you so choose. For example, you could breed a Vaporeon with a Ditto to obtain a baby Eevee, which can then evolve into any of the other Eevee evolutions depending on the conditions of evolution. So don't miss your chance to add this amazing pokemon to your team. If you're looking for a versatile and reliable companion, look no further than Vaporeon. You won't be disappointed!
I love Glaceon but it's always late game for some reason. Probably because ice types are just too OP for early game? I usually trade an obtained Eevee to another game to evolve it into Glaceon early just because it's my favorite Pokemon.
I like the fact that although GameFreak really designed Flareon as the worst Eeveelution, they actually made it the most accessible in a majority of the games.
Excellent video as always james! ❤️ The trainer charecter I made for this one is Ellen (She/they). She's a pokemon professor specializing in Eeveelutions! What conditions trigger them, how there adaptations help them in the wild, possible new evolutions, etc. For this particular experiment, they wanted to see which eevelutions was the most accessible to new trainers.
Make it another where you get see how fast you can get the Eeveelution(s) introduced that generation for every Pokemon game that introduced one, since this is what I thought this video was going to turn out being anyways.
before watching, here are my predictions: my first thought was "the fastest eevee to get will be in let's go eevee"! but then i remembered - you can't EVOLVE that eevee, immediately kicking that game out of contention. honestly, i think the fastest eevee will either be in xy or swsh (i think you can get an EEVEE faster in xy, but i think it'll be quicker to EVOLVE in swsh). i think legends: arcues is also pretty fast? but idk if that would be considered in this video, so. ._. and then the slowest eeveelution - either dp/bdsp (not platinum tho, i don't think) or bw. i think you have to complete the pokédex or something in the (non-platinum) sinnoh games to even GET an eevee, which is just. ridiculous. and idk if you can even get an eevee in bw? (which is valid bc unova was supposed to be a brand-new experience - idk what sinnoh is going, tho) edit: i'm pretty proud of my predictions! i was wrong about swsh, but both xy and legends arcues were relatively fast (i forgot about colleseum/ gale of darkness tho lol)
My first game was Pokémon Red where I used a vaporeon, that I loved more than my own charizard, vaporeon unlike charizard, never once fainted after evolving, it’s health and defense with its decent special attack too, it’s just such an amazing Pokémon. I remember the way I found out I could evolve it with a water stone is because I had been using staryu and was going to evolve that but chose my cute eevee instead.
I might be wrong about this, but I thought you just had to be in the forest to evolve into Leafeon, not right next to the rock? If you do have to be next to it, how far away is too far away?
Oh Gen 7.... I enjoy the games but the fact there was a half an hour difference between UM and the game that required the most effort (LGP) really shows how messy the pacing of those games is. Great video though, interesting concept too. I was hoping you'd include Colosseum and you didn't disappoint lmao. Honestly surprised that Flareon ended up being #1 and not Vaporeon!
this video made me realise i haven't done my eeveelutions only run of arceus, kind of a tradition for me that my second run through any pokemon game is that i can only use eevee and eeveelutions, once i can get one that is, since not all games are eevee friendly.
I just realized that gen 9 literally has "Eevee maniac" as a major character but GF didn't take the chance to give us a new Eevee. Poison and/or steel would be cool.
You can also breed Eevee in Sword and Shield, as you have access to the wild area nursery fairly easily and you get an Eevee from the train station NPC. You also have the digging duo near the nursery, which can yield evolution stones. Although, grabbing the fire stone on the way is probably still faster.
As a kid I was a massive Leafeon fan. Despite it being just a worse option than Glaceon for most applications in Gen 4, I had a Leafeon TCG Card IRL that hard countered my older brother's Glaceon perfectly (since there isn't an ice type, just water in the TCG)

Flareon: “Dread it. Run from it. Destiny arrives all the same, and now it's here. Or should I say; I am”
You don't need to be BESIDES the mossy and icy rock, those are just landmarks of the route. You just need to level up the Pokémon while on the route with an overworld rock.
“i thought it was going to be a headache, but it was actually pretty fun all around” is a perfect description of gen 7
Boy. I'm sure glad my favorite Eeveelution ended up in 2rd place overall. Good for them.
SEV!!! So glad you enjoyed! And you caught my fave song of the video!!!! ;)
How Fast Can You Get A Dragon Types? would be a great challenge! Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much! Great idea for sure!!!
Try to catch a meowth in every game ( alola/ Galar/ kanto forms are admitted!)
I swear all these Flareons had be thinking I clicked on a Drunk Oak video.
Got recommended one of your video's a few day's ago, been binging them all during lunch 😁 subbed immediately, you're awesome dude
Thank you so much! I totally know that feeling, love having a new channel to get through during lunch. ;D
Stoked you have been enjoying! :)
Yet another absolute banger from you. You just can't miss... Everything has been high quality, good fun, and endlessly entertaining. So excited for more to come! Keep crushing it Semaj!!! I LOVE YOU!
PLEASE! You are too kind beachrat, thanks so much for all the support as always! Can't wait for you to see the big video in the works. ;)
So Im actually sure, for Legends Arceus, if you are "Lucky" enough, the red ores pass the Alpha Snorlax on the Feildlands actually have a 5% chance to drop a Fire stone.
And you can access that area before you actually get 1 star. You just simply have to dodge all the wild Pokemon over there since you are too low level to fight them
If you are lucky enough you can catch your Eevee, run past Snorlax and bam get your Fire Stone on the very first Red ore residue.
That will almost definitely be way quicker than following the story and reaching the Heartwoods since you don't even need to finish the tutorial.
I clicked on this video just to find out why my boy Sylveon is crying with a spotlight on him
I need more of this type of content. Like once or twice per week.
As a massive flareon fan, this is a major W for me. (I say masive fan, I mean, I have as much flareon stuff as possible. TBF, Orange is my favorite colour LOL)
Maybe the real eeveelutions were the friends we made along the way.
The false prophet returns to be a pokemon trainer's bane! 😂
of course! at the beggining of the video i was like "bet the eeveelution thats quickest to attain is the worst one", i was right... i remember playing gen one and being like "flareon is a worse arcanine, vaporeon is as good as a lapras, and jolteon is the 2nd best electric type only being beat by... zapdos?!" either way, im glad my second favorite eeveelution got second place!
You have earned my sub. You used Jaden/Judai’s theme from Yugioh Gx when you got Jolteon in Shield and that’s how i knew 😅
OMG IM GONNA CRY
Let's go!!! I am sure we will see more of that theme in the future ;)
@@semaJCh i used to edit anime battle videos and the Yugioh/GX OST were always my signature songs to tie them together. Keep up the great work!
Correction: Eevee in D/P is available in post-game via the Hall of Fame. Dex is not a requirement.
Great video! We stan Eevee in this househould
MOOP!!!! Thank you!!!!!
As someone whose favorite Eevelution is Flareon, I got a huge kick out of all the Fire Stone suffering.
How long does it take to get the Pseudo Legendary in EVERY Pokémon Game? Specifically the PL that appears in each generation. Dragonite in the Gen 1 Games, Tyranitar in the Gen 2 Games, Metagross or Salamence in the Gen 3 games etc.
You could have saved more time in Arceus if you skipped the whole rank thing and climb the mountain to the west to skip the bridge guy.
Flareon fans rejoice!!
Man Loses Last Little Bit Of Sanity He Didn't Know He Had Left Trying Not to Be Buried In Flareons
I’d love to see how fast you can get a poskon of every type
With B2W2 as per RT Game's Nuzlocke you can repel manipulate the eevee as it is the only pokemon in the sewers that can be level 19 which would increase the chance from the 5% mentioned to 100% if you could feasibly have a level 19 pokemon there
lets go another video better than halve of most content creators
also congrats on the sponsorship :)
Thanks so much for the support!!! :)
@@semaJCh its hard not to give it to you
I listened to this passively, but once I got towards the 25 minute mark, my brain started to pay attention like, "this person is actually doing this!" Lol
Time to watch it again!
Love hearing this! I always love when I find a video that I want to keep listening to while doing things but know I will need to go back and see what I missed later. Hope you enjoy! :)
Catch Magnemite in every game
You can get Crystal done a smidge faster. Don't accept any phone numbers except Alan (and delete any you have) so his is the only number. When you talk to mom, BOOM, only person that can call is Alan
It would be interesting to see which Eevelutions are the hardest to get in every game.
9:38 who in the world told this guy how to say bidoof like that?!
I think it would be interesting to see how fast you can catch Chansey 😊
I just found your channel and watched all of your videos. Can't wait to see more.
Would you consider doing a Jigglypuff or Scyther in every game run? Those are mine and my husbands favorite Pokemon and both can be found in almost all games. I think Jigglypuff is unobtainable in Arceus and Scyther is transfer only in one or two games.
Thank you so much for the support! Stoked you enjoyed! 😊
And I totally agree, love both of those ideas! The jigglypuff one has been on my list since starting as I have a thumbnail idea and theme that I think would be a lot of fun. 😁
red: hey can I dig through your floorboards
fanclub prez: why
red: I need to get an eevee asap
fanclub prez: omg. I totally get it. by all means
This killed me 🤣🤣🤣
Youre so cool and underrated
Not seeing anyone else posting this, so here we go…
Hey guys, did you know that in terms of human companionship, Flareon is objectively the most huggable Pokemon?
No-
Oh it's about flareon
WHY DOSE EVERYONE FIX FLAREON AND NOT VAPOREON, GIVE THE TAIL SMACKING DUDE SOME LOVE
@@anacrespobrites6728 I do have a wholesome version of the Vaporeon one somewhere around here…
Hey guys, did you know that in terms of pure versatility, Vaporeon is one of the best water-type pokemon out there?
@@nightfallsongbird I'm saving this
Kid named Hoenn
I love Glaceon but it's always late game for some reason. Probably because ice types are just too OP for early game? I usually trade an obtained Eevee to another game to evolve it into Glaceon early just because it's my favorite Pokemon.
I like the fact that although GameFreak really designed Flareon as the worst Eeveelution, they actually made it the most accessible in a majority of the games.
This isn’t every game it’s every generation
Excellent video as always james! ❤️
The trainer charecter I made for this one is Ellen (She/they). She's a pokemon professor specializing in Eeveelutions! What conditions trigger them, how there adaptations help them in the wild, possible new evolutions, etc. For this particular experiment, they wanted to see which eevelutions was the most accessible to new trainers.
They loooooooved handling out Fire Stones quite early back then. I know, as someone who's always just wanted a Water Stone most of the time lmaooo.
Hmmm I think for Gen 1 Squirtle routes may be faster than Nidoking since we lose the time catching and the run is so much shorter in total.
Make it another where you get see how fast you can get the Eeveelution(s) introduced that generation for every Pokemon game that introduced one, since this is what I thought this video was going to turn out being anyways.
as soon as my pikmin 4 infected brain saw red eyes in the dark I thought "Protect the Lumiknoll, new blood."
I'd love to see how early can you catch Magikarp in every game?
before watching, here are my predictions:
my first thought was "the fastest eevee to get will be in let's go eevee"! but then i remembered - you can't EVOLVE that eevee, immediately kicking that game out of contention. honestly, i think the fastest eevee will either be in xy or swsh (i think you can get an EEVEE faster in xy, but i think it'll be quicker to EVOLVE in swsh). i think legends: arcues is also pretty fast? but idk if that would be considered in this video, so. ._.
and then the slowest eeveelution - either dp/bdsp (not platinum tho, i don't think) or bw. i think you have to complete the pokédex or something in the (non-platinum) sinnoh games to even GET an eevee, which is just. ridiculous. and idk if you can even get an eevee in bw? (which is valid bc unova was supposed to be a brand-new experience - idk what sinnoh is going, tho)
edit: i'm pretty proud of my predictions! i was wrong about swsh, but both xy and legends arcues were relatively fast (i forgot about colleseum/ gale of darkness tho lol)
I love that you present this like a guide, as if anyone else is going to do this. Makes me feel like I'm learning skills.
I might be wrong about this, but I thought you just had to be in the forest to evolve into Leafeon, not right next to the rock? If you do have to be next to it, how far away is too far away?
It just occurred to me that you technically have the world record for a bunch of speedrun categories, by virtue of being the only one.
Thanks a bunch Nova, really glad you enjoyed the video! :D
this video made me realise i haven't done my eeveelutions only run of arceus, kind of a tradition for me that my second run through any pokemon game is that i can only use eevee and eeveelutions, once i can get one that is, since not all games are eevee friendly.
Glaceon and leafeon used to be so hard to get, with how often the rocks were super late or even post game
I love how easy Colosseum is.
Flareon is my favorite so I love to see it win. I think a fun challenge would be to see how fast you can get a baby Pokémon in every game
Mine too
"At the time of making this video"
Bro has so much hope 💀
