I still remember the first time I used noclip to see where does the stairs lead to. That moment when I realized I had been bamboozled, as I poke my head through the asphalt was something I'd never forget.

I think there's already games like this like dying light or elder Scrolls or fall out but I'm not 100% sure if you can enter every single building

I mean its gonna become a lot easier with UE5. Even now im playing "shadow of a doubt" a murder investigation game based in a weird kinda 1940s new york city, although its a fps pixel game it has a normal map and procedurally generated maps with pretty in detail rooms. For example you can sneak through vents into someone's apartment and open their kitchen cupboards and search their bins for hints like maybe a cloth with blood or a murder weapon with their prints on it, or go into their bedroom and search through their wardrobe and bedside dresser for codes to their personal safes to access the victims belongings. I dont think ive found a room you can't get into and every A.I. in the game has its own unique schedule it follows throughout the day and if someone who works in the area you can question them if they maybe work around the time the victim was killed they might be able to give you a description of someone suspicious in the area at that time. The tech is out there to do this in a game with even more detail than something like GTA.
Back to my first point the new UE5 demo shows how it will let you move a fallen tree for example and the engine will automatically make it fit into its surroundings, so if you wanted it to design in depth interiors it could probably do it and save a lot of design time, however the game would probably be well over 200gbs if you wanted an open world on the scale of a game like the division.
Give it another 3/4 years we'll probably have something

Its possible actually without mods😂 you need to be on the other side of the canal and shoot yourself into crack between the wall and some metal structure. The you spawn near the stairs

Rockstar in a future update should create a secret sewer lair for the player to access. There are plenty of unused doors and not too many people who explore the sewers, so I think it could be possible.
I often said they should add things and not tell anyone. See how long it takes for people to find out

Considering that this guy slates GTAVO, GTAV and Rockstar as a whole he seems not to be able to let go of making content videos on the game, GTAV that is. In fact despite all of his frowns and all of his disses and his disagreements about GTAV and GTAVO as well as Rockstar I've never seen him post a video on anything else and I have a problem with that because I'M THAT GUY you guessed correct. You see I'm a you're either in or you're out kinda guy and when I hear or see someone in one breath saying negative things about GTA or Rockstar and this guy has said a lot, but then the next day he is posting things on that very same subject matter then I have a problem with that. Where I am from that's called full of poop, and that's putting it kindly. It's kinda like me telling any of you here that I detest smoking or disagree with smoking but you see me 2 days later smoking my head off. People should try to be a bit more real it's 2023 ffs almost 2024 people need to start being more real with each other you know where you stand then with people when its like that. That's just like how in Michael's house above the stairs there is a sun window or whatever it's called on the ceiling but he doesn't have a window on the roof
I remember as a kid trying to get to the stairs.
I've been in there, on ps3 there used to be a glitch to get over the fence by wall breaching
For further clarification, the fence isn't just indestructible as the video implies. There is actually an invisible wall just beyond the fence that cuts off the roof as well and extends well past the fenced area. You can even get damaged wall decals on the invisible wall by crashing vehicles into it
I actually remember years ago trying to access those stairs to great disappointment. I was swimming through the tunnel. I wanted stairs. Got none.

Interesting, Rockstar normally doesn't do stuff like that. Most stuff actually leads to somewhere, or just goes inside a building we can't access. But still, most of the time things make sense. I wonder if this was cut content of some sort, maybe an alternate escape route during the Tracey Seashark mission.

GTA IV also had moving escalators with a somewhat decorated interior in a building, that you also can only access with mods, but both the floor and the escalators have no collision anf judging by the movie posters it seems, that it was likely a cut cinema to visit
This stairs are accessible without mods. I did a video on how to access it in 2014, unfortunately not available anymore. You have to toss yourself on the ground close to these stairs and then you'll teleport there
This is one detail i knew about because for some reason as a kid i tried to get to that ledge going back and forth between above and below for 10 minutes comparing the map and stuff. Dont know why i wanted to but its a vibid memory. When i told my brother that it was fake he was very unimpressed by my fact but when you do it, its a youtube short with 24k likes

Ikr lol like that 1 single detail added would've made it look complete by just adding a semi see-through manhole aboveground, that also makes sense for letting light in below ground.

Skyscraper under construction in LS has metal beams (the one which hold the crane) which go through the glass on the finished floors.

The abandoned mines in the mountains behind the amphitheater was one of the scariest places ive been in Los Santos...that and true or not, the invisible water monster making noise in the sewer system...ive heard it and footsteps...games freaky sometimes

i have laid eyes upon those stairs once, i was near them while trying to avoid a whole beach warzone happening in gta online, i was only level 19 back then in 2014, I'll miss xbox 360 gta online.

If you go into director mode and Pat, one of the high ramps on the road, and then an oncoming car crashes into it, it will glitch out it's really funny to watch
