  • Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the second round of Cosmic Crucible! Today, we’re facing WlipTak, who has a massive 78 million TCP compared to our 55 million-an insane 23 million punch-up. We managed to scrape a win in the first round, but time is ticking, and we only have 45 minutes left to get through these battles.
WlipTak is one of the big spenders, with a formidable G19, 6 yellow, 4 red stars Old Man Logan, and a beefy Mercs for Money team featuring Nightcrawler and Noir. We’re not taking any chances, so we’re leading with Cabal. Though I’d love to experiment with Weaver, we’ll save her for the final room with Darkhold, pairing her with Tangled, Capsam, and Doctor Doom.
His offensive teams are so powerful that he doesn’t even need to overthink his counters. Logan on offense isn’t a necessity for him, unlike us. The Elo system can be brutal, and today it’s not in our favor.
Despite the odds, we’ll push through and see how we fare. Whether we win or lose, we’re learning and adapting, aiming to strengthen our defense strategy for the future. Thank you all for your support and joining me on this challenging journey.

Cabal needs a quick villain to come in early and crit. People use Zemo, vulture, Kang. The speed up is stopped but the regular speed still is an issue, and with the Cabal trio, they are fairly slow compared to who you usually will want to use them on. Cabal on their own isn’t really a great team, i think that is why they gave them the Global buff with masters of evil. Best bet is to just assume Titania, Kang and Cabal as one top crucible team, otherwise you’ll leave yourself open to chance or losses by splitting them up. Thanks for the video!

Thanks for the great tips man. Mistakes were made in this episode and lessons learned. Altho, the Zemo idea seems pretty interesting saves me a Kang or vulture in case I need them elsewhere.
I appreciate you tuning in to the channel brother🙏🏽❤️

Hivemind match, cabal needs to land vulnerable to stop speed bars from increasing.

You’re right. It def was the case here. They all took their first turns and dropped their vulnerables. Hence, started filling speed and I totally overlooked this fact.
I appreciate you tuning in to the channel brother🙏🏽❤️

That's a tough matchup for you. TCP isn't everything, and what I like about this game and CC is the ability to punch up via metagame knowledge, but sometimes it is just too much to overcome a big differential like this. It just means that you've played well to climb so high.
(re: Cabal passive. You're right that Patriot's vulnerables trigger after all other on spawn passives, so it didn't stop Morgan from gaining speed on spawn from your Doom.)

Riki I appreciate you coming back as always! My man🙏🏽❤️
      Happy to have you bro.
I’m making some big changes this weekend. Having a big MOE on offense should help me stack better defenses.
I think this guy just played incredibly well on top of having a TCP advantage. I stood no chance.
But best of luck for the both of us this coming week.🤞🏼

@@Wayne-Plays mate, I watch a lot of videos, and there are some great creators in the community, but yours is the most relatable for me, similar power and brackets and struggles. I haven't seen a TCP lower than me for 2 months now, so I figure we can help each other in our struggles to find a way through it. I also like that you show your genuine frustration with the game, but focus on staying positive and learning from dropped fights. Be well!
