These are so pretty! There’s a restaurant in Owego, NY that sells framed quilled art. Someone made a giraffe. My daughter loves giraffes. Your skills are over-the-top. TY.
I love the idea of using the watercolor to give the quilling more life and depth. I'm going to try that on some leaves I just made that I would like the inside tips to be a bit darker. These Black Eyed Susans are now my next project! Thank you so much for the video's you do.
I love all your videos! Thank you for getting me started quilling. I do have one question. Do you add a little bit of water to your Elmers Glue All? Thanks so much.
I haven't found a need to water my Elmer's but I do have a video where I mixed my Elmer's with some vinegar to make my flower petals more moldable. It was really an interesting technique and you can learn about it here 👉How to Make Quilling Paper Azalea Flowers ua-cam.com/video/SUJ7WLxereo/v-deo.html
I'm guessing you mean using soft or chalk pastels for adding color? That can work on quilling made of tight coils like the ones on this crocus video 👉ua-cam.com/video/NI3gx20MeDU/v-deo.html Open coil shapes like these petals would get a little bent up with pastels.

Love it !! ❤
Love the watercolor addition! Super cute!
Thanks so much! 😊
I’m definitely going to try the addition of watercolor! Great idea!
It's so fun!
Beautiful! I really didn’t know you could paint the quilled projects. They look very good.
Thank you! 😊
Gorgeous. I love the painted ones better. Makes it look more real
I totally agree!
Que belleza de flores y me agrada que se vea como dos tonos en cada petalo 👏🏻👏🏻💛🧡
¡Muchas gracias!
These are BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Thanks so much!

I tried paint on my quilling, but it was too bold. Water color is perfect. Thanks
You’re welcome 😊
Cute and creative. I've always felt painting the paper is cheating a bit.
The paint is totally optional. But watercolor is one of my first loves and I like to show as much new techniques as I can 😁
I guess this technique can be used on gerbera flowers🥰
Absolutely!
Bravissima!! Sempre perfetta! Per favore mi dici che altezza usi per le striscioline? Grazieee
Grazie! Queste strisce sono larghe 1/8" (3 mm).
Grazieeee
Do you think the pastels would work too?
