- If you haven't seen yet, we had an amazing swim in crystal clear Lake Michigan! • Swimming in Lake Michi... I'm in a wetsuit because the water was 62°F! 🥶 (Which isn't very cold to some people but chilled me pretty quickly haha. I was shivering violently by the end!)

My respect for you going into the water. :) Is it harder to swim with the wet suit on than wearing only a bikini top? :)
Thanks! It was so worth it even though my face and wrists and ankles were so cold haha. And it's just different! In some ways it's easier because the wetsuit made me really floaty so it was insanely easy to tread water, but that also made it a little tougher to dive down. Also the cold just made it really tough to focus on form haha

Haha it's like that sometimes! I know it's hard for me to curate my feed with stuff that's good for my brain and doesn't just send me on a doom scroll haha
