Really tired but get insomnia so taking sleeping tablets again got self off them but werent sleeping properly i just feel broken inside i need to move out of town before i even know wot path to take grieving people in spirit but also here too ive really had enough cant take no more pain have no support network family dont even know the meaning of the word have couple friends but not whom trust fully as been betrayed so many times ex broke my heart numerous of times but spose my own fault for falling for the emotional manipulations find hard to show emotions so always hide them only show it by myself feel isolated literally only go to shops and thats only to help me physically and mentally but feel so drained been told have fibromyalgia have ptsd get flashbacks of bad things including with ex ex friends family etc dad died last year b 11years this August mum died n need em so badly have no1 couple friends but dont trust anyone not after past people trying to heal but hard as in same place feel like really dont want to b here even after nearly dying in 2021 yes hreatful still alive but unsure what for tbh never felt so alone in all my life n ive felt alone inside all my life 💔💖

I have stopped running when someone clicked their fingeres and started back chatting to some one elses tales of woe which didnt go down well. They did not contact me for months until recently.
