It's not really technical it's just clever use of the frequency ranges with the EQ's so even though theres always a mix going on one track is dominating whilst the others are used as accompaniment layers. You can really just keep throwing track in left right and centre at any time if you understand how to properly use the eq's bands to pick a dominator track. But you do have to be shit hot at keeping it all in time which is the hardest thing about this style, easy to get lost amongst multiple rhythms haha. He's dope though at this, top of his game. This takes mega concentration, notice in all his sets he's always locked in, not jumping around focusing on the crowd, he's always in the groove. Forgot how many times I've witnessed this king. Rarely do you make eye contact with him because he's always too busy lol Never stops all the way, full on techno onslaught on the mixer haha.
@@jodiescott01 Nice response. As a burgeoning (mainly mobile) DJ, it's really nice to see someone focused on EQ'ing, not just for the sake of knob tweaking. Never seen this master at work but I love how he keeps the energy of the dominant tracks flowing seamlessly. I also enjoy how Oscar Mullero does this in his own way. Radio Slave as well. Do you have any other favorites?
