She used to show more angles in her old kitchen. She complains about her kitchen so I think it's that. Long term she will redo her kitchen so hang in there
Noted! I will try and see what I can do in this kitchen, it is a bit tricky in this kitchen as one of these comments really kindly pointed out. But, I will be getting a kitchen renovation at some point which will make filming SO much easier!
Boursin pasta immediately added to my meal plan next week 🤩Cookery tip for future cowboy caviar endeavours: when scraping what you chopped into a bowl from the cutting board, flip the knife so that you're using the top/unsharpened part of the blade for scraping! Scraping using the edge can cause the blade to quickly dull and even chip (especially on plastic cutting boards for some reason) 👏
I'm going to try the pasta bake with garlic herb goat cheese because I can no longer have cows milk dairy. And I love goat cheese which digests so much better...great for older tummy's.
Deborah Madison's Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone (original publication from the late '90s) has a black bean salsa recipe that sounds identical to the cowboy cavier. I wasn't allowed to go to friend's parties unless I brought a batch of it 😄! I used to serve it over rice for a quick dinner. So good! I also made... I can't remember if they were brownies or a chocolate cake that was made with black beans. Smelled awful &, if warm, didn't taste very good, but once it completely cooled, the beaniness went away & it was pretty good. I don't have a sweet tooth, so it's been ages since I made it, and don't remember the details. Thanks for sharing these, Grace. Some of those look delicious & I might need to pull that cookbook out again to make that salsa/caviar!
@@Grackleit makes a great hair mask before washing your hair! Can leave it on overnight if you wash in the morning, or put on a few hours before if you wash at night. Just beware that it’s noncomedogenic, so make sure to not put it on your face in you’re acne-prone.

As an Ex Vegan, I will warn you all, that any time someone gives you a dessert recipe with chickpeas in it, RUN in the opposite direction away from that beastly concoction!!! Chickpeas are only good for hummus or a curry
grace! I used to love your videos but as of the last few months they all have this odd high pitched droning noise that makes them really hard to watch as someone with sensory issues! Idk what the issue is but thought I'd flag
Thank you, I think when i edit the sound cancels out on iMovie but I think it comes from me dropping my camera a while back! I have pre filmed a few videos coming up so it may still have that problem but shall invest in a new camera!! Im sorry xxx

I learned through watching this channel that in the U.S. we call fresh "coriander", cilantro. I thought you had misspoken the first time I heard you call what looked like cilantro coriander. Then it happened again and I thought there must be something I'm missing. We only call dried coriander, coriander. Otherwise we call it cilantro.
I just wish your videos did what they said on the tin. I watched because I wanted to see the recipes but you were missing crucial ingredients… you knew you were filming this, so why didn’t you make sure ahead of time you had bread/pasta/tomato etc? and of course substituting coconut oil will have a huge impact on texture. I know some people watch this channel because they’re happy to just see you do anything. But I feel like my time is being wasted, because I clicked because of the title and it’s borderline click bait. Sorry if that’s harsh, but this often happens in your videos and it’s frustrating
Meh, if you think Grace does what you're saying then just change your expectations for when you click on one of her videos. Plenty of other purely instructional cooking channels out there. Hers is more personal vlog style
I agree on both counts! I agree that I would watch Grace boil water. But I hate when people say "Today I'm making this recipe...."Then don't! i do the same, but I'm not making videos! Either make it, or don't. Don't be surprised if it doesn't turn out the same? You wouldn't expect a chocolate cake to taste of chocolate if you substitute the chocolate for fish, say?!
I find it so cute how you ”tie” your hair by tucking it in your jumper 😊🥺
hahaha ahh, its just v practical!
I wish you would angle your camera down a little while you are cooking so that we can see what’s going on in the bowl/pan.
100% - I really enjoy Grace’s videos but feel like a lot of the time we just hear about food being made and don’t get to properly see it 😂
Yes I've thought that before too x
She used to show more angles in her old kitchen. She complains about her kitchen so I think it's that. Long term she will redo her kitchen so hang in there
I find it annoying when vloggers keep moving their camera up and down every minute. I do agree though it will be because of the smaller kitchen.

Can you share weekly recipes you do monthly? It's nice seeing what others incorporate! Love your vids!!
Oh yes! The monthly food vlogs maybe?! Thats fun!
Love the kind message at the end
Loved this video Grace! Thanks for filtering through the millions of recipes I’m definitely going to try some of these 🎉
Sometimes it's not even the drink. Fun teapot, glass, mug etc
Isn't it just!!
How fun! I love seeing you experiment with food
adding red wine vinegar to your cowboy caviar will make it even tastier !

My favourite cookbook of all time!
@@kates7277 Mine, too!
yes, I think I have decided beans and chickpeas should NOT be in sweet baked goods hahahah
I have that cookbook. Going to dig it out. Green’s restaurant in San Francisco was a favorite.
OMG the Costa Mozzarella, Pesto, Basil Panini is my absolute favourite. I haven’t had it since the Pandemic, but oh my days I was obsessed with it
this is such a great alternative video to trying out new recipes!
You have to try the tahini chocolate chip cookie sticks by Melinda Strauss! They are AMAZING!!
Always a bonus to someone who knows how to cook.
I have coconut oil in most rooms of my house. The kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom, the kids rooms for their hair and skin. It's amazing
Ohhh maybe I should invest?!
Question, do you melt it before using it on the hair?

Hi Grace would you please do a video testing all the mail box cake/brownies ❤
Can you try Finch Bakery?
I’ve seen Dalgona Milo done by Buzzfeed Australia so it could work, yeah

Ohhhh need to try!!!
Even though I wouldn't eat any of these recipes I love the video as your personality just makes me smile 😊
Hi name twin😂 same I hate everything she hade but smiled the whole video she’s so lovely isn’t she🥰😭
Ahhhh thank you so much
I’m all in on the cowboy caviar!
I made that dalgona coffee once and it instantly gave me a headache it's so strong. And I drink 2 - 3 espresso based coffees per day.
i got decaf instant coffee for that and i still got a headache 🥴
Wow your hair has grown so much since the last video of yours watched.
Which lasagne soup recipe please !!❤❤❤
I don’t see tik tok ( elderly Hebridean ) but my friend found a fabulous treacle scones recipe ..oh so good !

they’re using almond flour and oats because you can’t eat normal flour raw
