I think it’s the greatest moment when kids want to learn to cook.

You need one child to help with each meal. Teach them to read the instructions so they have a good understanding of cooking.

You should flatten your ground beef in the ziploc to make it easier to unthaw and save space in freezer.

Alicia, a trick I learned about hard to open bananas is if you pinch the other end of the banana it opens way easier. My momma taught me that when I was a kid. Changed my life lol.

I don't think she has the intelect and common sense to figure that out on her own. Good on you for bringing this to her attention. Although, I must admit, I wouldn't have minded watching her learn this lesson the hard way. 😁 ...a few stitches in the old digit usually convinces one to be more cautious.

When storing meat in the freezer, flatten the meat in the freezer bag and this will make it easier to store and u will also have more room in the freezer

I have a chopper also I never use. I can cut up the onions faster by hand and only a knife and cutting board to wash!

I was hoping that you would do a tutorial or something of this recipe because it sounded good.The minute you uttered the words but wasn't sure if I was gonna have to go recipe hunting or not , so thank you can't wait to try it we'll let you know what we think in our family!! I like Really Love recipes like this or you can just throw it all together and pop it in the oven.And I love the crockpot recipes, especially as I have low vision and so these are things that I can still do for my family well with help.Of course, but and still feel like we had a honest-to-goodness.Great home cooked meat!!

I like to buy frozen diced onions for casseroles. Makes weeknight dinners easier.
Wow ! The knife she used in the raw meat was put in the biscuits to open the can ! Talk about cross contamination !!!
But it gets cooked? So any germs killed in the cooking process.

That’s exactly what it was thinking! For someone so efficient, she can do some weird things!
Suggestion: put onions in a bowl with a drizzle of oil and microwave for 2 or 3 min. Adding more time if needed. They come out juicy and good. Then, put with whatever you’re cooking to pick up flavor. You save a little time.
