It's the hardware which makes it rare. It's an enamel covered hardware that is the same colour as the leather on the bag.

I am very happy with *rrcopys* 's bag, arrived on time and exceeded my expectations! Need a stylish little backpack to go to theme parks with my kids. I'm not a backpack person and usually carry a purse with me, but I wanted something that was easier to carry and less carried over the shoulder. I bought the smaller size, but it holds 2 water bottles, snacks, a couple of light sweaters, and a bunch of other small things. I like that the opening is in the back, great for travel.
I bought a LV bag gtdupe years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. The store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of good quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I found zero differences

Small Lady Dior in beige lambskin leather. Its undoubtedly a classic beauty, a timeless must-have, but not exactly what you'd call "rare".
Really love *rrcopys* 's wallet. The fabric is fine. Gold touches add a nice touch. Perfect for when you don't need tote size. I got some compliments when I went to church
