I just tried making this cookies and they turned up to be amazing. I adjusted the timing to only 10 mins for the 1st baking time and just 3 mins for the 2nd using a noxxa oven. The cookies are chrunchy and I love the texture.

Serious sedap gila i dh try. Siapa yg takda milk powder, skip je . I dh try takda milk powder, masih jadi. If takda hazelnut powder, boleh try substitute dgn almond powder. Still sedap. Try la guna as instructed. Ni alternative je i bagi. So if takda, jgn overwhelmed, teruskan usaha. Hope it helps.

Salam, kalau buat biskut2 modern, sy biasa pakai SCS je. Kalau mcm kuih tart atau bantal peluk saloma sy guna golden churn, mcm lebih lemak gitu. Kalau biskut ala2 mat salleh atau cafe cookies kadang2 sy guna french butter.

Hi, ur first bake mesti lama sikit. Maybe bake at 155-160°C for slightly longer time, say 15-18mins depending on ur oven heat. Then once u take out, quickly press the centre again like in video and pipe in the nutella, then bake again for abt 5 - 7mins at 150°C.
U want to try cheese flavour cookie? I think it shld be ok. Im nt sure how tt will turn out but its worth a try coz sounds interesting for cheese lovers
Yes sis, i use same heat but shorter time. If u want ur cookies to be crunchy, ur first bake may need to be slightly longer depending on ur oven. The 2nd bake is only to slightly dry the surface of the nutella.
Smtimes its the time for whisking butter can make a diff or cld be the baking time need a little more. This cookie do not contain egg so texture is diff fr those tt has egg. If u r nt allergic to eggs, u cn try add a small size egg yolk. Or cn try 1-2 tbsp yogurt, however, ive nvr tried this recipe with yogurt so im nt sure how tt will turn out.
Biskut mesti cukup bakar baru garing. Mungkin 1st bake cuba bakar lama sikit pas tu baru taruk nutella dan bakar lagi. Kalau takut terbakar, tutunkan suhu oven boleh bakar lama sikit. InsyaAllah ok.

Kalau kacang badamnya kita bakar dulu garing sikit, dia akan rasa lebih crispy. Dan biskut mesti bakar lama sikit baru rangup. Cuba bakar yg pertama tu lamakan sikit 2-3min. Nutella nutball tak sama dgn nutella pod. Nutella pod yg sy buat is crunchy outside and soft inside dan nutella nya tak perlu bakar semula lepas taruk nutella atau ape2 filling. Sbb tu kene chill pasal biskut base nya soft jadi tak mcm biskut raya kita biasa taruk dlm balang je. Kalau cookie pods sy mmg buat mcm tu texture biskut. Boleh jg kalau cookie pods awak nk bakar sampai garing betul2 dan crunchy luar dan dalam, ikut suka awak. Kalau biskut kering di seluruhnya, boleh simpan lama di suhu bilik. Nutella nut ball ni bakar 2x pasal yg 2nd time tu nak kasi permukaan nutella kering jd bila simpan dan susun dlm balang nutella nya tak comot sngt dan tak melekat. Sama mcm nutella tart. Bakar 1st nak kasi biskut cukup masak atau hampir2 da nak masak. Kalau resepi ni sy rasa kene ubah bahan lain kot kalau nk tukar castor sugar ke icing sugar, sy blm try ganti icing sugar. Maksud sy kalau tkde hazelnut powder atau almond powder, gantikan ke plain flr 20g je. Pasal plain flour high protein. Sy takut kalau awak ganti 30g terus nnt biskut mungkin keras sikit or something atau mungkin rasa more bland. So i wld change the nuts powder 30g to only 20g plain flour first. Shld be enuf. Kalau awak rasa biskut masih lembek baru add lagi 10g. Bt i think tk perlu.

Salam, boleh guna chocolate ganache kalau tak nak nutella. Dark chocolate 100g Whipping cream 50g Butter 5g Nutella 10g (optional) [Kalau nak lebih, gandakan je resepi ni.] Panaskan non dairy whipping cream, masukkan dark chocolate dan butter, kacau dan cairkan. Masukkan nutella jika suka. Api jangan panas sngt (low heat). Lepas semua da sebati, sejukkan di suhu bilik. Agak2 da boleh pipe, kacau2 sikit, masukkan dlm piping beg dan picit ke biskut. Kalau guna ganache tak payah bakar 2x. Bakar biskut sampai fully bake, sejukkan, terus pipe chocolate. Kalau tak nak guna ganache, boleh je guna compound dark chocolate je, cairkan dan pipe ke dalam lobang2 biskut. Da siap 😊

Rasa hazelnutnya kurang lah sikit nnt pasal kacang disalut pun almond. Tp tetap ok kalau filling nya nutella. Kalau tkde hazelnut powder boleh try almond powder. hazelnut kkdg susah nk cari dan harganya pun mahal sikit kan.

U can use almond powder. The milk is just an estimate like maybe 1/4 cup..

Biskut mesti cukup bakar baru garing. Mungkin 1st bake cuba bakar lama sikit pas tu baru taruk nutella dan bakar lagi. Kalau takut terbakar, tutunkan suhu oven boleh bakar lama sikit. InsyaAllah ok.

Biskut ni mmg tak manis sngt pasal nnt da taruk nutella, bila makan bersama, jadi manis. Mungkin jg cocoa pwder boleh ade yg pahit sikit rasanya. Kalau awak nak manis sikit, cuba tambah castor 5g, brown sugar 5g-10g. Jgn tambah bnyk2. Cocoa powder boleh cuba kurangkan 5-8g. Tak semestinya lebih gula akan jd keras. Boleh jadi suhu dan masa bakar, atau cara uli.

Kalau kacang badamnya kita bakar dulu garing sikit, dia akan rasa lebih crispy. Dan biskut mesti bakar lama sikit baru rangup. Cuba bakar yg pertama tu lamakan sikit 2-3min.

Nutella nutball tak sama dgn nutella pod. Nutella pod yg sy buat is crunchy outside and soft inside dan nutella nya tak perlu bakar semula lepas taruk nutella atau ape2 filling. Sbb tu kene chill pasal biskut base nya soft jadi tak mcm biskut raya kita biasa taruk dlm balang je. Kalau cookie pods sy mmg buat mcm tu texture biskut. Boleh jg kalau cookie pods awak nk bakar sampai garing betul2 dan crunchy luar dan dalam, ikut suka awak. Kalau biskut kering di seluruhnya, boleh simpan lama di suhu bilik.
Nutella nut ball ni bakar 2x pasal yg 2nd time tu nak kasi permukaan nutella kering jd bila simpan dan susun dlm balang nutella nya tak comot sngt dan tak melekat. Sama mcm nutella tart. Bakar 1st nak kasi biskut cukup masak atau hampir2 da nak masak.
Kalau resepi ni sy rasa kene ubah bahan lain kot kalau nk tukar castor sugar ke icing sugar, sy blm try ganti icing sugar. Nk kene tngk balik resepinya.

Maksud sy kalau tkde hazelnut powder atau almond powder, gantikan ke plain flr 20g je. Pasal plain flour high protein. Sy takut kalau awak ganti 30g terus nnt biskut mungkin keras sikit or something atau mungkin rasa more bland. So i wld change the nuts powder 30g to only 20g plain flour first. Shld be enuf. Kalau awak rasa biskut masih lembek baru add lagi 10g. Bt i think tk perlu.

Dark chocolate 100g
Whipping cream 50g
Butter 5g
Nutella 10g (optional)
[Kalau nak lebih, gandakan je resepi ni.]
Panaskan non dairy whipping cream, masukkan dark chocolate dan butter, kacau dan cairkan. Masukkan nutella jika suka. Api jangan panas sngt (low heat). Lepas semua da sebati, sejukkan di suhu bilik. Agak2 da boleh pipe, kacau2 sikit, masukkan dlm piping beg dan picit ke biskut. Kalau guna ganache tak payah bakar 2x. Bakar biskut sampai fully bake, sejukkan, terus pipe chocolate.
Kalau tak nak guna ganache, boleh je guna compound dark chocolate je, cairkan dan pipe ke dalam lobang2 biskut. Da siap 😊

If your cookie is made like mine, crunchy, keep in container can last at least 2-3 weeks.

Hi, is 60g of sugar enuf for almost 200g flour?
If u put more sugar, it will be too sweet once you add the nutella. Mine is filled with lots of nutella so the cookie base cannot be too sweet.
