    Preheat oven at 160°C for 15-18mins
    Yield: about 80-85 pcs
    // Ingredients
    180g Butter
    35g Castor Sugar
    25g Brown Sugar
    1½tsp Vanilla Essence
    185g Plain Flour
    20g Cocoa Powder
    20g Milk Powder
    25g Tapioca Flour / Rice Flour
    30g Corn Flour
    30g Hazelnut Powder
    1 Egg Whites (or substitute with milk)
    20-30g Diced Almond
    Nutella for topping

      Hi, i tried to convert them to cups and spoon measurements and i hope this conversion is ok. There might be slight difference while converting +/- and i've never tried making this cookies with the cups measurements. Let me know if u do try this. Thanks.
      (¾ cup + 2tbsp) Butter
      (2tbsp + 2tsp) Castor Sugar

    I just tried making this cookies and they turned up to be amazing. I adjusted the timing to only 10 mins for the 1st baking time and just 3 mins for the 2nd using a noxxa oven. The cookies are chrunchy and I love the texture.

    Serious sedap gila i dh try. Siapa yg takda milk powder, skip je . I dh try takda milk powder, masih jadi.
    If takda hazelnut powder, boleh try substitute dgn almond powder. Still sedap.
    Try la guna as instructed. Ni alternative je i bagi. So if takda, jgn overwhelmed, teruskan usaha. Hope it helps.

      Salam, sy guna butter SCS salted. Kene faham oven masing2 jd kene agak2. Biskut ni kene 2x bake. Pertama separuh bake, taruk nutella dan bake lagi. Biasa oven saya kalu buat biskut ambil masa 16-20min jd saya agak2 je.. kkdg sy pun buat tak cukup garing... bake lagi je 🤣

    Saya rsa mcm gula sikit sgt..and saya try bt..biskut tu hambar sikit..kalau byak kan gula sikit mcm lebih skit..and tak perlu manis sgt la sebb nutela kan..tapi dh try follow hambar skit..and try tambh brown sugar sikit..lebih kan skit jer..yeah sedp..

      Biskut mesti cukup bakar baru garing. Mungkin 1st bake cuba bakar lama sikit pas tu baru taruk nutella dan bakar lagi. Kalau takut terbakar, tutunkan suhu oven boleh bakar lama sikit. InsyaAllah ok.

      U can use almond powder. The milk is just an estimate like maybe 1/4 cup..

      Salam, terima kasih kerana sudi cuba resepi ni. Biskut ni rangup tp pasal taruk nutella dia jadi mcm melt in the mouth bila makan. Kalau kacang badamnya kita bakar dulu garing sikit, dia akan rasa lebih crispy. Dan biskut mesti bakar lama sikit baru rangup. Cuba bakar yg pertama tu lamakan sikit 2-3min.
      Saya rasa ade yg nak biskut ni tp yg crispy mcm choc chip punya. Kalau nk yg mcm ni, resepi dohnya da lain. InsyaAllah sy akan cuba buat kan resepi biskut ni yg mcm ni dan upload 😊

    Hi sis...I tried this cookie..the taste is good..but I just feel it's not crispy enough..but I already baked it for a long time..I baked it at 165 deg..don't know if I should increase the temperature the next time I bake it ..the sides are crunchy but the middle part of the cookie is not :(

      Hi, ur first bake mesti lama sikit. Maybe bake at 155-160°C for slightly longer time, say 15-18mins depending on ur oven heat. Then once u take out, quickly press the centre again like in video and pipe in the nutella, then bake again for abt 5 - 7mins at 150°C.

      Can substitute with milk, uht, fresh milk or soymilk etc.

      If no milk powder , can replace what sis?

      Usually milk powder is substituted with liquid milk but this recipe dnt call for liquid so u cnt sub with liquid milk. U can use any baby mil pwder, skim milk pwder or coffee creamer. Or u cn try soy milk pwder or coconut powder. I nvr tried mkg this with soy or coconut pwder. If u really dnt hv any of these and still want to try, u can try remove milk powder and increase corn flour by 10g and rice flour by 10g. Im nt very sure how this will turn out tho but it shld still be ok i think. Happy trying and thank you for watching my video 😊😘

    Hi Sis for the second bake with the Nutella topping, is it top and bottom heat as well?

      Yes sis, i use same heat but shorter time. If u want ur cookies to be crunchy, ur first bake may need to be slightly longer depending on ur oven. The 2nd bake is only to slightly dry the surface of the nutella.

      No. Immediately after the first bake, i pipe nutella then continue with 2nd bake.

    Susu tepung apa yg sesuai utk guna ye sbb sy x pernah buat cookies jd x tau susu tepung mana yg sesuai dan sedap. Boleh rekomen?

      Saya slalu beli dari kedai bakery je. Tk pernah kisah sngt pasal brand ape. Kadang2 beli susu tepung nespray ke atau dumex. Kalau ade susu tepung baby pun boleh.

      Saya buat bakar 2x. 1st bakar, taruk nutella pas tu bakar lagi jadi nutella tak melekat bila taruk dlm balang. Kalau awak nak fully bake biskut dulu pun boleh. Kalau da fully bake boleh tunggu biskut sejuk dulu baru isi nutella.
      Tp biskut kkdg akan gelembung sikit bila bake jd pertengahan masa bakar tu, keluar kan, dan tekan balik lobang biskut supaya dia termasuk, pas tu teruskan bakar lagi.

      Boleh cuba taruk warna merah utk RV tp mungkin kene taruk bnyk pasal ade cocoa.
      Kalau tkde hazelnut dan susu tepung sebenarnya akan ubahkan rasa dan textur biskut serupa ni. Tp kalau awak nak gantikan jg ke plain flour ok juga. Sy rasa boleh lah jg jadi biskut cuma rasa da lain. Awak cuba pastu feedback k 😊👍

      Kurang bake agaknya. Cuba lamakan sikit the 1st bake maybe by 2 mins ke then lapes taruk nutella bake lagi extra 1 min gitu.

      Smtimes its the time for whisking butter can make a diff or cld be the baking time need a little more. This cookie do not contain egg so texture is diff fr those tt has egg. If u r nt allergic to eggs, u cn try add a small size egg yolk. Or cn try 1-2 tbsp yogurt, however, ive nvr tried this recipe with yogurt so im nt sure how tt will turn out.

      Boleh. Kalau guna compound, bakar biskut penuh dulu sampai da masak, sejukkan baru masukkan coklat. Tk perlu bakar setengah2.

      Ni bukan nutella pods. Kalau nutella pods mmg nak kene simpan dlm peti sejuk pasal biskutnya lembut di dlm. Tp biskut ni garing. Mcm biskut raya biasa simpan dlm balang sekurang2nya 2-3 minggu.

      Oven panas sama suhu mcm bakar biskut tu. Sy bakar yg pertama, lepas tu keluarkan dan taruk nutella skejap je, jd oven masih on bila masukkan utk bakar kali kedua.

      @@nurnasywa94 Bake pertama, terpulang pada oven awak, bake dlm 12 min. Kalau oven awak tk cukup panas boleh bake 13-14 min. Lepas tu keluarkan, tekan lagi, masukkan nutella, lepas tu bake lagi dalam 5 - 7 min, terpulang pada suhu oven masing2. Kacang badam tu harus bakar dulu sebelum lekat di biskut.

      Dlm video sy tunjuk supaya tekan lubang sblm bakar yg pertama, keluarkan je terus tekan lagi skali lubang ygvsama waktu panas2 utk pastikan biskut tak gelembung. Baru masukkan nutella dan bakar lagi skali. Kadang2 biskut lepas bakar dia gelembung balik. Sbb tu kene tekan lagi.

    I tried making this recipe. Tbh it was tasty but too dry. I guess I'll be adding eggs and milk next time to make it moist and slightly chewy.

      Sure. Some find it ok without egg maybe with butter whisk a little longer but its ok to add a tbsp of milk or yogurt if u want tt extra moist. A small egg will do too.       Tak tau pulak cadbury pasal tk pernah try. Sy bakar 2x tu jd nutella tu kering sikit jd bila simpan dlm botol tak meleket. Sy rasa mungkin cadbury pun sama. Yg 1st tu awak bakar lama sikit dan the 2nd bake skejap je mcm 5 mins.

      Salam, kalau buat biskut2 modern, sy biasa pakai SCS je. Kalau mcm kuih tart atau bantal peluk saloma sy guna golden churn, mcm lebih lemak gitu. Kalau biskut ala2 mat salleh atau cafe cookies kadang2 sy guna french butter.

      Nd to bake twice as in the video so nutella surface with dry a bit. Put in between two cookies on top, not directly on top of each cookie.

      Salam, boleh guna chocolate ganache kalau tak nak nutella.
      Dark chocolate 100g
      Whipping cream 50g
      Butter 5g
      Nutella 10g (optional)
      [Kalau nak lebih, gandakan je resepi ni.]
      Panaskan non dairy whipping cream, masukkan dark chocolate dan butter, kacau dan cairkan. Masukkan nutella jika suka. Api jangan panas sngt (low heat). Lepas semua da sebati, sejukkan di suhu bilik. Agak2 da boleh pipe, kacau2 sikit, masukkan dlm piping beg dan picit ke biskut. Kalau guna ganache tak payah bakar 2x. Bakar biskut sampai fully bake, sejukkan, terus pipe chocolate.
      Kalau tak nak guna ganache, boleh je guna compound dark chocolate je, cairkan dan pipe ke dalam lobang2 biskut. Da siap 😊

      Rasa hazelnutnya kurang lah sikit nnt pasal kacang disalut pun almond. Tp tetap ok kalau filling nya nutella. Kalau tkde hazelnut powder boleh try almond powder. hazelnut kkdg susah nk cari dan harganya pun mahal sikit kan.
