Somebody should make an SCP where whenever anything is mentioned on the file, its measurements have to be measured. Just a little nod to how early SCPs were obsessed with listing the measurements of everything lol
Yeah, this is 100% a machine god/broken god entry. Dr. Gears is a major character and the entire plotline with the Church of the Broken God is pretty insane. I also love the overlap between SCP's Broken God and the Machine God of Warhammer lore. Machine gods, in any form, are extremely interesting concepts to work into cosmic horror. Think it also draws back to the 'watchmaker theory' of God. If a supreme being made everything, then what if that supreme being were mechanical? Mechanisms are by definition MADE, so who made the Machine God? Layers upon layers of eldritch steampunk existence. I feel like there's also a tiny bit of overlap with A Machine for Pigs, the difference being that in AMFP the machine is sentient and actively pursues its goals, rather than being a more inscrutable/distant deity like the Broken God, Machine God and its avatar, the Omnissiah (literally the corpse of the Emperor of Mankind).
I forget which entry or story added to the lore of the CotBG but it was a minor character that was part of a small sect of the Church that mentions how it's not an homogenous organization like previously thought but instead similar to how Christianity is broken into different subsections. Theirs believed more into the spiritual and how the Broken God isn't an actual being but a representation, while most of the time you see a bunch of fanatics thinking a specific object originates from or is their god reaching to them.
I know these aren’t getting a lot of views, but I’m loving them. I’ve always been interested in SCPs but found them super intimidating to get into. This solves that problem. And I love how you alternate between SCPs and the book. I really do hope this is successful
I have 2 recommendations for SCPs: SCP 4711 A 7/11 store that never has the thing you're looking for SCP 2662 A Cthulhu-like creature who only wants to chill and play videogames but is constantly bothered by cultists showing up, so he voluntarily asked the Foundation to keep him in custody to avoid dealing with them
I wanted to dive into SCPs for quite some time already but never really knew where to start plus not really having aot of time to read. I'm really happy that you started this second channel and post at such a steady pace that it is easy to keep up
Jeff is on the list of youtubers that are CRIMINALLY underrated, I love all of his content and I hope he continued to do this until he is 90, thanks for the content papa jeff!
I'm really liking these. They're kinda like a pirate radio station trying to take the SCP Foundation down.
Jeffy did you break the heart of a youtube executive in a past life? why isnt the algorithm eating this stuff up 😭
the hunger has been satiated.
I do recommend SCP-1609 good response to the "Why don't they just destroy them" question

I actually like your semi-blind take on these, it gives it an air of discovery that I enjoy. :) Thanks for another lovely video!
I said I was going to go to bed on time, but this is important information.
The Church of the Broken God and Sarkic cult is some of my favorite SCP stuff. Great read!
I like to think this is an alien tool to collect metal from far away places in order to collect mega-structures.
really getting into SCPs thanks to this channel, love the visuals
Hell yeah, a new Juhvuhsehpuh video

I think you'd like some of the SCP's made by a group by "Are we cool yet?" They're a group of artist's that make SCP's in the universe.
These are so neat! The aesthetic of the presentation gives me life.
I was sitting in the bus today and thought it would be cool if you uploaded today. Wish granted!
this should go viral!
Easily shot up to one of my favourite scp channels ❤
the editing on these is so well done 😍

You should do something on scp 914 (I think) it’s a machine that converts things, basically. It has super fun experiment logs
Both of these SCPs are related to the whole Broken God Mekhane mythos yeah
