Have you tried Peppermint Capsules as this has helped me. It could help to make you smell nicer. Also Camomile tea is really good to freshen the smell. For some reason Kefir didn’t really work for me, it made me smell really bad but I recommend Aloe Vera as that made me smell very nice. Pls try Aloe Vera.
Do you think a suana will help with the smell? I have been looking for a gym with a steam room. Do you smell less after working out? After taking a shower of course.

Don't give up. I know it's frustrating and difficult to go through life with this condition. I have tried a lot of things trying to get rid of this odor and so far nothing has worked out but I can't give up on myself and I never will. Keep trying. DON'T GIVE UP YOU'RE NOT ALONE! Throughout the weeks of being in the gym and seeing familiar faces, I noticed that when I passed by certain people they will say something under breath, or if I used a machine that was right next to them they would get up and leave. Or if I was working out right next to them they would cough or exhale out their nose urgently as if they were removing something out their nostrils. Seeing situations like that every so often, naturally led me to conclude that it cannot be just a coincidence.

Been suffering with this condition for over 10 years. Each year it was been getting worst. It was getting so bad that I was smelling up my whole subdivision and every where I went. Still the doctors was acting like everything was normal. Finally a new doctor did a fecal elastase test and it showed that I had chronic exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Finally I think I this is it. Research this! Your condition sound like all the stuff I went through. Body not digestive fat is one of the main problems. The doctor stated me on Creon. It's has all the enzymes that your body may be missing that will help with digestion. I'm so disappointed that it took this long for them to test me for this 2nd week on it and it is helping a lot and still trying to get adjusted to the right amount to dose. I can go out in public most days now without people wanting to kill me because they think I am walking around with fecal matter in my underwear.

Well sweating out the odor helps, so I assume having sauna sessions will also help. Usually that have saunas are usually more expensive though
