    That happened to me, its awful , it doesn't help being sensitive either and spending time with lots of people can be overwhelming so I really enjoyed my work free days. It is lovely listening to your videos ❤ I can relate to pretty much all you say ☺

    I believe it could be an adrenaline rush caused by feeling anxious. The feeling as if you are slightly swaying as if on a boat when walking is quite a common symptom of anxiety. Being aware of it does help me as I experience this sensation once I have walked to the village and there are cars going past and I am going into the shops. I don't experience anything like this when I go in the other direction and walk into the countryside and the path through the woods. Nature is very calming. I am quite sensitive to the energy from other people and general business of life in the village and the town near by. Thank you for sharing.
