Fantastic ! Looking for a house is nothing without seeing the reality of a place. I really enjoyed you’re breakaway from the norm. It’s the type of place I would stop at if I had been driving by.
I love antiques! What a very lovely “rummage” today! I collect 19th-20th century American (mainly) antiques. I have a special fondness for utilitarian items such as housekeeping items. I don’t collect furniture anymore. My house is already overflowing. Thank you so much for taking us along today. It was a very enjoyable video!
Nice diversion Nick, and a nice way to introduce yourself to your audience. Hopefully, you will share more excursions, into some of the small villages and markets you point to, off in the distance, from a real estate property rummage. Give us all a real taste of living under the Umbrian and Tuscan sun.
Thank you Nick, amaizing flea market.. Is good to see you in the other side of the camera,. I love the antiques to. Fresh and great entertaiment in yor breakaway. Congrats, good idea. Have a nice weekend
Lovely stuff Nick - delightful to witness the slow re-opening of such excellent life affirming experiences and the exchanges with other market visitors was terrific too. Keep up the good work. best Ed
Hi Nick, we have been very much enjoying your sunny virtual tours through these past wintery Melbourne nights in Australia. They have been a tonic. Every video we love to analyse the furniture and knicks knacks trying to figure if the owners are Italian or British. We also watch lots of walk videos, and found your rummaging tour very informative and very engaging. Keep up the fine charming videos - they are gorgeous. cheers Simon and Simone
I've never been a fan of antiques, but i loved this video!! Very enjoyable and interesting! Learn to lindy hop and transport yourself to the 50's an extra way!!
Hi Nick, we always enjoy your property tours but this was a lovely diversion. Currently ‘locked-up’ in Australia so can only dream of a time in the future when we can rummage at such places. Thanks for taking us with you. Believe that many of your viewers will enjoy this new avenue of exploring Italy. I hear the antique markets in Arezzo are some of the best in Europe. Maybe a future video idea… Your enthusiasm is infectious. Keep up the great work and trust your gut when exploring new ideas. It's working!
Hi Louis, Thanks very much. Okay, I've got a lifestyle video planned. Next one take property tour will hopefully be published this weekend. Best wishes, Nick.
Enjoyed the market I love antiques. My house is full especially old plates & tea cups. Thank you for sharing & I always watch your property videos, although I have never been out of the states I enjoy seeing Italy through your videos.,
If you are able....don't wait to go....I remember seeing my Grandmother off to Europe on the Queen Elizabeth from New York ....when she returned I asked her how was the trip...I'll never forget her answer, "incredible, but I waited too long to go"...(she was in her 70's and couldn't do the walking that Europe demands)...years later I was stationed in Italy for 7 years and I still return every chance I get!!!
Loved this tour! Thank you! And fun taste. I’m interested in toys too. Mostly recycled materials, printed tin, etc. Such fun and have really missed being out and about!!!
Nick I have never seen your full face! Nice to put the face with the name 😎. Great root system with that head of hair. Thank you for this piece, love to see all the treasures!!
Nice change, Nick! I loved the old Coke signs and those watches. You may have missed a bargain with the old Citizen watch he had on offer! Your content just gets better and better. :)
Hi Nick - loving the videos and your quirky style and enthusiasm- you get a great workout each tour keep up the interest stories too - but please scan the antiques a bit slower plus any food stalls or local specialties - loved the truffles (never tried one but “a bit of fun”) - looking forward to more
Hi Nick...do you think you would ever consider filming at the Mostra Mercato Della Valtiberina Toscana? We're hoping to go when we come in late April/early May. Hope it's there this year! Thanks for the tour!
No, I didn't. Wish I had. I did see one of the watches Mauro purchased and almost bought it. Next time. Thanks for your comment Jackie. Have a great weekend. Nick.
Hi Cenepk101.What is your name? That's our world right now, but it's okay. I'm just go happy people can interact. Have a great weekend, Best wishes, Nick.
Thanks again Nick for the market tour, I miss the antique markets through Europe. 35 Euro for a truffle that size, am I hungry. When you showed the toy tank, coupled with your accent, a memory of life in Berlin during Allied occupation came to mind. We lived in the British sector, where the Tanks frequently drove along the Heerstrasse to Staarken/Spandau. Some very early mornings I'd trip over a machine gun sticking out from under the hedge on my way to the bakery for those delicious fresh hot schrippen (buns). Yes, I did tell the soldier to pull his gun closer to the hedge it's not an obstacle course, it's a footpath, thank you.
I went through Checkpoint Charlie a couple of times and have stamps in my old passport. Have a great weekend. Best wishes, Nick. PS: Loved your comment.
@@italianproperty You're welcome. Perhaps you've seen the Museum of Checkpoint Charlie financed through donations, however there is no room for the boys tanks that once faced each other, USA v's UDSSR. And the Ost Marks we couldn't spend were added to the monopoly game. Eagerly awaiting to view the next dream property, we'll see you there.
Hi Chris, At the time I shot this video one had to wear a mask outside. Just following the rules. However, in retrospect, maybe I could have taken it off.
Oh my goodness, I was just thinking of getting an antique watch and having it restored as I don't find any new ones appealing. You could easily start a tour company Nick, when things open up. Or even just a car with driver service- not a taxi and not a chauffer but a by-the-day car and driver/guide.
Loved it thank you Nick, I saw so much I would love to buy and absolutely agree on that chair fabulous design. Looking forward to living vicariously through your channel until our borders reopen in Australia and we can leave our protective custody 😂

@@italianproperty That furniture had at least quality! I'm more into old cars. I enjoy your property tours, a friend of mine wants to convince me to retire in your area and buy a nice property. That's how I came across you. I was more determined to go to south of France 🤔😉
Is ages i do not go to the antique market I used to go every Saturday at Portobello in London ages ago, for sure that truffle stall was yummy and old handbag could had caught my attention i used to collect me.
✨Nick, you were sitting in your auto with not a soul around, why did you have that mask on. That was the perfect opportunity to drop it down past your chin. You are a faceless voice; ‘Fantom of Italian Realty Properties’. Let it hang from one ear, that is a very mode way to wear them; at least here on the west coast (L.A., San Francisco). Having a bit of fun with the fellow who ‘had he worn his heels, would be wearing an egg on his brow’.✨😳😉😂✨🍷✨
The volume on your Abode logo segment at the beginning of your videos is ridiculously loud, like 3X or more the volume of your voice. It’s ear shattering when I play one of them through my TV/Dolby Atmos system, compared to other videos and compared to the rest of your video. Really ******^ annoying! Otherwise your stuff is pretty good!
Love the tour. Thanks for sharing.
Really enjoyed your walk through the market, more like these please x
Now that was fun !! Nice to see/meet you Nick. Have a fabulous weekend

Weird, we went to a flea market in Spoleto on Saturday and bought a classic swatch watch for 10E :). Not quite an antique though.
I saw a few things I would have had you pick up for me if it was in real time. Hopefully they'll still be selling in Sept?
In my experience an Italian Autostrada is mainly 110% concentration and some terrifying sights.
