    The pace of this one is very reminiscent of old 4 cylinder British engines. The car would start off; 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4, but then after awhile it's 1, 2, misfire, 4, nothing, 2, 3, misfire again, and you never really know when or if the individual cylinders are going to fire off.
    Loved seeing your facial expressions during this reaction, though. Quite enjoyable.

      That's one heck of a metaphor and CLEARLY I haven't spent enough time around old British engines! Thanks a million! / George

    Visual Kei is Glam Rock / Metal sub genre music. VK started in the 80's as Glam Metal same as 80's hair metal & has had a Visualcore scene since metalcore / deathcore started.
    JILUKA is a modern Visualcore band in the VK scene today.
    Same as Deviloof & Nazare, Dexcore, Damned ect.

      @@thewindmillfullovcorpses It's Cool not many People know of Visual Kei's or old school Glam Metal history 👌! Visualcore is a fan dub term but their Core history dates to American core.
      They have own terms over there such as Loud Rock ( METAL ) Core bands. I'm just Happy Visual Kei is becoming more know. Misunderstood as it may be.
      It's thee Ultimate Glam 💋 Rock / Metal experience advancing musics for Decades! XD 🇺🇲🇯🇵🤙

    Now, calling a Visual Kei band Emo is pure slander and insult, i understand someone may not know what Visual Kei is here in the west, but not knowing what Emo, or knowing and still throwing this randomly around.

    • @thewindmillfullovcorpses
      @thewindmillfullovcorpses  11 місяців тому +1

      I didn't mean it as an insult, it's just a genre with a specific aesthetic as far as I can tell, and they seemed to match that to me! It's not at random! First time I hear of visual key so do explain the distinction to a newbie if you can find it in your heart! Thanks! / George

      @@thewindmillfullovcorpses Emo is both a subgenre of Hardcore Punk and an aesthetic fashion culture created by depressed teens wanting to look dark and edgy. Visual Kei is a movement that wants to break free from the standard japanese mentality of dress code everywhere, if you know a little bit about Japan, they have dresscodes for everything, starting from kindergarten through school they have uniforms and certain ways they have to style, they cant color their hair, they cant have piercings and such stuff, hell tattoos are considered a bad thing, as their assoscieted with yakuza. Most workplaces are also tied to dresscodes as such they spend more than half of their lives tied by dresscodes, in fact it was much worse in the 80's when Visual Kei was created than it is know. But basically it was created to break free from all of that, but it is also heavily rooted in Japanese Kabuki Theatre, especially the make ups, not to mention the inspiration to for Visual Kei was the hard rock band KISS. Also Visual Kei has fashion sub groups , so while emo kids dress dark, Visual Kei not always has dark dresses and many bands can be quite colorful or use all white dresses, also a lot of it is also tied pariatlly to cosplay, goth punk culture and crossdressing. For example Oshare Kei groups will be very punky and colorful, trying to be really stylish and fashionable, on the other hand Angura Kei goes for scary and disturbing aesthethic, and Tanbi Kei goes for classical european aesthetic for example the band Versailles where they have this renaissance french look.

    • @shineek
      @shineek 11 місяців тому

      Oh yeah and i forgot to mention that other than Angura Kei all of Visual kei substyles push for the androgynous beauty aesthethic, also its important to note that as opposed to what some people think, VIsual Kei is not a music genre, and Visual Kei bands play a wide spectrum of music and you can find something for every taste be it some heavy songs, or lighter like pop rock and pop punk.
      And also i do recommend you give Versialles a spin if you are into Power Metal, they are one of the best Symphonic Neoclassical Power Metal bands.
      And i also recommend NoGod, they have this circus aesthethic going on for them and are one of the best modern heavy metal bands in Japan.

      They're a Visual Kei band so expect a lot variety on them not just super hardcore/deathcore metal.
