Thanks for sharing another awesome review Gavin!! It looks like a pretty good service overall. Something i now realize it is that Changi apron lights are not these white blinding lights like any other airports, but these orange-like, tenuous lights that together with the purple-lit Changi Airport signboard makes it really cozy. I don´t know if that´s new or if i just don´t remember from my previous visits to Changi, but it´s defenitely a step above from other airports. They bring details to an enhaced experience to that level, just like you do with your videos. By the way i like seeing your face even though it´s just on the screen reflections ;-) Take care my friend.

What an entertaining flight review this is, Gavin. Thank you so much for sharing. The nasi kuning with kari ayam meal looks delicious and it's a pitty that I did my weekend grocery shopping before I watched your video, otherwise I would have gone to one of the Asian stores in town to buy me a similar takeaway meal. (I'm very much into food !) ----- That's a lovely destination for the trip you just made: Surabaya. After my mom died, my dad and I (I am Dutch-Indonesian and from Jakarta) went (back) to Indonesia for a three week trip 'down memory lane', so he could show me all the places on Sumatra, Java and Bali which he and mom visited and where they made wonderful memories, in the 'early days'. I remember sitting down at a very simple restaurant in Surabaya where the food was heavenly and after we had finished our meal we looked at each other, shared the same thought and we both said: "If only mom could have been with us now." (But I'm sure that from 'above' she had enjoyed watching those two gluttons having a food-feast.) Thank you, dear Gavin, for having brought back to me that precious memory of my dad and me (and my mom as well) through watching your video. I think they must be really proud of you that you treasure this precious memory, as well as so many others, i am sure, of and with them. As I have always believed, life is ephemeral but love is eternal - we can't control the ultimate destiny we will come to some day, but if we could only touched the lives of others around us before we go, that's the purpose of our transient time on Earth. Yes they do. I believe it is for slightly less than 35 hours. Because they land at around 9.30pm-ish and their next flight is at 6.05am, with both sectors to/from Taipei via Singapore. Thank you for watching. Have a nice weekend.
