The GFR rate is affected by the creatinine present in the body, so if a person wants their GFR rate to be correct, either their creatinine has to be removed from the body or kidney function has to be increased. A person can also improve GFR with diet.

Sweating can be beneficial in removing waste products from the body. The body produces sweat under certain circumstances. You cannot exercise more to produce sweat as this will increase the production of creatinine in the body. An easy way to cause more sweating is to raise the temperature of your surroundings. Being in a hot environment will make you sweat more. Sauna chambers can be used. A sauna session of 1 to 2 hours will be enough to flush out the creatinine and urea from the body. Along with that it is important to do gfr test for kidney function.
