Nope, that's called singing, it's a concert . Neither Jesus nor his disciples worshiped God like that; Jesus prayed in a posture and with an attitude of reverent submission -
“Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will’” (Matthew 26:39).
Jesus basically prayed and worshiped God like Muslims do everyday, 5 times a day, it's as clear as it can get (HE FELL WITH HIS FACE TO THE GROUND AND PRAYED!).

Sam Fisher You are talking about prayer. I was referring to worship. You do realize that the book of Psalms is comprised of songs too not just prayers that were sung to The Most High. King David danced naked before The Heavenly Father. When the Israelites crossed the Red Sea Miriam and the women sung a song and worshipped the Most High. There's more than one way to worship out Elohim.
Isn't prayer a form of worship?
The book of Psalms has songs, but it mostly has Laments??? so why do you not as Christians do that as well??? (or is it cherry-picking from Old Testament for you?)
But it's OK, I'll bite:
King David danced, but NOT naked, if you read carefully, you have to understand the context of the situation to realize that he revealed himself as in (became dressed like commoners and not like a King) , nothing mentioned about being naked, so no idea where you got that from.
Also, King David was dancing because he was triumphant in bringing the Ark back to Jerusalem, he was not dancing as a form or prayer or worship, so your point is moot.
Miriam and the women sung a song and danced indeed, but it's nowhere mentioned that it was a form of prayer nor a form of worship, it was simply an expression of joy and a celebration of triumphant people, saved by God from Pharaoh.
Now, can you tell us what are the ways to worship God according to Jesus? because if I were a true Christian, I would certainly would follow Jesus' example of prayer and worship, again I quote:

I just can't handle all this generic contemporary "Christian" music. It's almost all the same recycled lyrics with the same rhythm in the same key, but with different voices. Is this the best today's believers can do?
Jennifer, that's truly unkind. If singing of God's holiness seems recycled then let's recycle away. Even God's angels in heaven sing that theme something fierce. Please don't tear down that which your own personal preferences don't align with. They are singing a theme that we'll write and sing around until Jesus returns. I bet the songs you like, if gospel, probably sing of who God is. Same thing is happening here.
Then are you a true Christian, if this kind of worship music irritates you? They are worshiping and praising God, and it doesn't matter what style of music it is, as long as it is true worship, which this is.
