I had real big problems doing the x4 backhand volley out of the court when closing the net (backhand knack in Swedish) until I jumped just a tiny bit! Once I released my weight from the ground it was supereasy to knock out a ball with the backhand. This one is harder but working on it!

Quick question, when he is hitting the backhand smash outside the court .. he is also changing the grip of the racket right? Not only raising the elbow high but also changing the grip altogether..

Yes, he is changing into more of a forehand grip to help close the racket on the backhand side making the angle more steep directly down. So turn your racket in your hand clockwise a bit.

adidas Metalbone Control 3.2 en adidas Metalbone Control 3.3, zit daar veel verschil in?
Alsin, als ik de 3.3 zou testen, zou ik dan ook de 3.2 kunnen kopen en die even fijn vinden?

Ik heb de 3.2 niet getest! Mijn inschatting is dat niet veel anders zou zijn. Het racket wordt waarschijnlijk gemaakt van hetzelfde materiaal in dezelfde fabriek
