I'm a teacher and I craft all summer long because once school starts, all bets are off....I get super busy!!! August 1st is when I start decorating....I usually start school the following week so it's a great way for me to get my mind ready for the beginning of a new school year.....AND FOOTBALL SEASON! 😁😁😁

I usually start decorating for Fall after Labor Day, leave up until after Thanksgiving, throwing in Halloween in October and removing it after Halloween to just fall ahain😊
I sometimes don't decorate for every holiday anymore. I love watching the ideas and like recreating some of them to try to sell in my area. My friend and I are working on a low key crafting business business
For me, summer is patriotic decor from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. After that, it's game on. 🎃🍂

School here starts Aug. 21. The weekend before that, I will hang my Back-to-School wreath on the front door and bring out some apple and sunflower decor. In September, I will add leaves. By the end of September, pumpkins will replace the apples. I like a realistic look, so I was delighted to learn there really are pumpkins in other colors because pink reigns in my house.
Another thing I did with the Dollar Tree stand: Cut a cardboard circle and glued it to the base of the 'tree stand' -painted it mixed Southwest colors. I inverted this and used it to hold chips for Christmas Eve.
Because I love summer and hate cold I wait as long as possible to get fall decorations out. I love fall I just hate the winter between fall and spring - lol.
Labor Day-ish. Ideally that gives me time to pack everything away, give everything a good clean, pull out Fall and have fun decorating.

I like putting fall up in September, Halloween for the last two weeks in October, and Christmas up right around Thanksgiving. BUT I leave Christmas up until the Super Bowl. I love it so much!

We live 17 miles from the town where we shop for groceries and the nearest open DT. Today, I noticed the first kiss of fall other than florals and I was able to get some velvet pumpkin picks. I am beyond excited.

With fall and Christmas festivals starting in early October, as a vendor I start making my fall items in mid August, when is very hot and muggy here. Lol Then I start my Christmas crafting in early October so I have everything ready for events in November & early December.
Fall comes out in August! My birthday is Aug 15th and it is like my birthday tradition to buy fall decor and decorate the house - my favorite thing 😃🥰 Love seeing all the ideas again!

I love fall. My husband loves Halloween, so we start decorating after Labor Day
September-October for Fall/Halloween. Then November-December for Christmas. I have a metal pumpkin with a witches hat and Christmas wreath on hooks by my front door year round.

I like using the sleeves of the sweaters to wrap my pumokins.
I start crafting for fall around the middle of August. Oct is for Halloween and after Halloween comes Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving comes Christmas

I put up my fall decor after Labor Day. I do any fall crafting in Aug. I put my Halloween decor up around Oct 1st, and do any crafting in Sept. Then it comes down November 1st, and I put up my Thanksgiving decor. I do any Thanksgiving crafting in Oct. Then the weekend of Black Friday, I take all fall/thanksgiving decor and decorate for Christmas which I leave up until after New Years. I do any Christmas crafting in Nov.

Your pumpkin you made and stiffed is just like making yoyo's. Just they are about the size of a coin. For material, I have bought sweaters at thrift stores fo 99cents. They make cute pumpkins.

Hi, Whitney! My local Dollar Tree store has a fully stocked Dollar Tree Plus section and I found an easel sign that reads, "Hocus Pocus Candy Shop Trick or Treaters Welcome". I snatched that as quickly as I could because there was only one! It was $5 and can be used for so many things by covering the Halloween part (but not permanently covering it). For once, I bought it when I saw it because I know this won't be around long. Love your craft projects!
I DIY for holidays all year long! However, I decorate for Fall/Thanksgiving/ Halloween Sept. 1 and decorate for Christmas day after Thanksgiving.

Holiday follows. I do not do signs as I don't have a circuit. I do decor pieces from fabric, ornaments and floral. This year I am trying some resin and air dry clay.

If it was up to me I would leave my fall decorations up year round but my wife won’t let me. I start decorating for fall as soon as I’m over the summer heat (low key praying that it would make fall come sooner😁).I always try to negotiate with my wife if I can “start” decorating in July but she says end of August.

I usually decorate for fall in mid to late August. We have a local farmer who sells all kinds of pumpkins, gourds and corn stalks for cheap so we jump in then to enjoy the fall decorations both inside and out for a longer time. We love fall and all decorations associated with it. I so enjoy your videos! All of your crafts are so me!

Summer warmth showed up Just after the 4th of July here in Southwestern MT. Well after the 4th I put out sunflower decor and then about August 1st I add my collection of yellow pumpkins. Then mid September all the fall foliage and traditional pumpkin colors come out!

I start my apple decor (I live next to an orchard and have apple trees myself) Mid August. I add school accessories for back to school then take that away when kids start up. I’ll keep apples through September then I’ll start my natural|witch themed Halloween the last week of September ❤️
