Have you ever wondered which shoulder exercises are the BEST? Thats what we will look into in todays video! For this tierlist, i chose these exercises: dumbbell overhead press, barbell overhead press, behind the neck overhead press, machine overhead press, lateral raises, egyptian lateral raise, leaning lateral raise, rear delt fly, chest supported rear delt fly, reverse peck deck, facepulls, front raise, front plate raise, arnold press, upright row, pike pushup, handstand pushup, ring pike pushup, deficit handstand pushup, wall supported handstand pushup. All of the rankings are based on my own experience, and not on useless scientific studies. But you should always keep in mind, that everyone is different, and something that works for me, might not be so great for you. So dont forget that!

The handstand push up won’t give your impressive shoulders because you need impressive shoulders to do it
You need to have strength enough from your shoulders to do the handstand push-up. The pike push-up even needs that too, according to my experience.
Even if they didnt require impressive shoulders, it would still be better. The less stables you are, the less strength you have. Your body makes you weaker to put more focus into balance. Its a survival instinct or something.
Definitely not. I could do it when I was 15 and I had no shoulders.
@@Werkvuur bruh when I was 15 I can do 20 pull ups no diff. Now I'm 27 grown man I can pull of barely 4-6 with correct form. When we teen our body fully not grown yet when fully grown bone weight fat etc come into play making this things hard asf
@@chrikkeyesn't, the less stable you are the more your body will try to cheat it but it also will train the muscles in more angles and also the muscles used to stabilize yoursel f
I just love how friendly this is. This is the true nature of a gym bro, polite, gentle but loaded with experience that actually matters.
He accepts me 😭
I started going to the gym in August and I used to do dumbbell lateral raises. Since my hands are small, my forearms reached failure way before my shoulders. A couple weeks ago, I started using cables: now I can train shoulders properly
Make sure not to avoid training your forearms though, you don’t want lacking grip strength to affect other lifts
@@horsiedf8559 I usually train shoulders after back (pull-ups and rows), so they're failing for that reason
or you focus on strengthening your weakest point, your never stronger then that.
I also used to have a lot of problems with my forearms so I decided to workout my forearms at least a little bit every day at the end of my workout and it helped a lot. I could much more easily do exercise and do them for longer
this guy is waffling
You seem like a super friendly guy. Glad you're having huge success
Exactly. Something about an animated absolute beast of a dude with an under-detailed simple head with a smiley face is comforting and cute
Hey dude I loved how you put the different exercises into different portions of the video to show that they hit different parts of the muscle in your back video, it really helped me understand and pick which exercises I would use, please keep doing this in all your vids
I found your channel like 3 days ago. Can't stop watching! Love your vids man
Its really help to maximize all the exercise i already planned. Very excited to see all tier muscle groups on your videos!
Getting these videos while honing my workout regime has been a godsend. Thanks Winny!
Love how direct and to the point your videos are. Take my subscription and like it!
I really needed this. PLEASE MAKE MORE.
straight to the point very helpful great video
Great video. Straight to the point. Very informative. Very helpful. Just perfect! Keep on going :)
Well, its not informative at all. Its a fun video.... a good video even, but its far from informative.
I love these tier lists, I've agreed with you on mostly everything on all of them! with 1 or 2 differences. Great content!
Nice winny thanks for another great video 💪
Another week another amazing winny upload.
Thank you so much for all the amazing work you're doing. your videos are very helpful in deciding what exercises to focus on in order to build strength and muscle. If it is possible, could you please make a Lower Body Exercise Tier List. I would've loved to support you on Patreon but unfortunately I do not have a supported card or currency (im from North Africa, its a long story) that's why I will always support by liking your videos to increase reach and share them with my friends and colleagues at work. Once more thank you so much for all the effort and time you're putting into creating these amazing videos.
Im so gratefull that you take your time to show us upcoming gym bros how to get the things done properly, and that you give us pretty good advices from your pov and your experiences
Trainer Winny video right after work and right before my workout. Massive W
Amazing work!! I love your content, would like to see legs tier list next!
Informative vid winny
Thank you so much for increasing my knowledge about shoulders, god bless you❤
Great channel, no waste and very clear.
I really like your style youre straight to the point but still very fun keep up the content
I'm so glad I found your channel, I've been getting lazy with my exercises but after awhile of losing the amazing feeling I got from working out, I was missing it. Your channel was the final push I needed to get my act together, thank you for making me seek out that feeling again.
Most of what he says is wrong or just not clarified enough though
maybe but it works enough for me and even if it may be flawed my older attempts at learning fitness didn't work as well before winny@@lofivibez182
@@lofivibez182what exactly is wrong tho i think he just ranks them by how he personally feels
Love your contents so much! Im waiting for your triceps exercise tier list
Subscribed bro love the genuine content kee it up
Amazing video ty brotherrrr
hey winny your tierlist videos helped me choosing exercises for my own training program thank you. please post the other parts fast
Trainerwinny you’re going to the S tier of my favorite youtube channels ;)
Keep going bro
Love your content, dude! I've been using a modified version of your PPL for a couple months and it's been awesome. For some reason the leaning lateral raise has escaped my radar, but I'm definitely giving it a shot next "shoulder" day.
Very Educational. thnx to this I can now add more exercises to my back and shoulder routines. Subbed!!!1
great list. and i love the hand drawn style
New sub here, your content is gold, keep it up king
I initially trained side delts with dumbbells or the side delt machine, but I found that the cable lateral raise feels so much better, plus there's tension in every part of the movement thanks to the cable.
needed this one
Used to pair pec fly with rear delt fly as a superset using the pec machine.
I also like cable rear delt fly, but in the local gym one can seldom occupy two cable machines at the same time.
So now for shoulder training, I go for cable lateral raises, facepulls, and machine OHP.
Hii brooo your videos aree so good keep it up❤
This tier list are very helpful, now I’m changing from calisthenics to the gym and they help a lot.
I’ll probably need a leg day tier list lol
Shoulders are my favorite muscle group to hit.
I am so glad that as a beginner most of the exercises in my workout did make it into A or S tier.
Love these videos!
Definitely the most aesthetic muscle group, depending how developed they are it can really make you look like you are on some PED
Fantastic 🎉
Amazing video! Definitely will change up lateral raises for the cable raise next time. What is a good face pull technique? I've seen so many videos explaining different techniques
Literally my favorite fitness UA-camr
I’d like to see a tier list of workout splits or maybe just explaining how you think every workout split works based on your experience and what is most effective for you
great video bro

LETSSS GO NEW VIDEO !!!
His advices are what any long time gymbros wish they knew earlier on. Hopefully, young bros get access to his awesome advice early in their training, so they focus on exercises that actually matters.
Thank you so much ❤
Amazing man thanks for your videos make one for legs please ❤
Good timing! I'm gonna train shoulders today. Great video!
Why do you have an anime girl as your profile pic?
@@WhiteRangerTP Bro, that doesn't mean I have never touched a barbell 💀
Bro I wanted to ask you today to do a shoulder tier list but you beat me to it! Thanks for the video :)
very good video, might try barbell OHP insted of dumbbell shoulder press
when will the bicep tier list come out? love this channel!
I searched for this video before going to the gym hours ago just to see if there’s anything new that i should try, and then when I get home I see this upload hahaha amazing
Thanks for your helps
I do smith machine seated overhead press, cable lateral raises, and face pulls. That's pretty much it I did to build great shoulders. Sticking to the basics and keep doing them for over and over again...
congrats for 100k subs buddy!
Best channel for workout ever
I love this guy
Solid advice.
Love it
Thanks!
thank you very much
Big fan from Taiwan!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
This channel is so charming I love it here
Thanks bro❤
Hello trainer winny, could you please make a video about training supplements tier list?
I am happy to watch this video. Today is my shoulder day😆
It's simple, I see a new video by trainer winny, I press like ❤
I love the tear list vids can u please make more
Great vid! Slavic accent adds extra credibility!
Thanks for giving the barbell overhead press the respect it deserves for shoulder development.
Hey man, first of all thank you for your content! What do you think about cable exercise for a rear delts?
Crazy how fast u grew!! I remember when u had like 1-2k subs ahah
for me since I work out at home and only have dumbbells, barbell and a DYI roller pulley press/pulldown, dumbbell lateral raises and supported rear delt fly works perfectly for me. because it doesn't fatigue my triceps like overhead press does since I work shoulders and arms in same day.
It's true that the best exercise for you is the higher ROM and the most comfortable to do. If you can do it properly, then it's for you. My to go shoulder exercise is dumbbell shoulder press, upright rows, side lever, face pull, and hip huggers. Yes, I put a lot emphasis on my rear delta 'coz that's one of my lacking part.
bro i was watching your video about cardio and you was at 99.9k subs and i subscribed ant it went to 100k congratz
Great tierlist, although I prefer dumbbells over barbell ohp. With barbell, I've noticed if standing I tend to have lower back issues due to form breakdown at heavier weights, although on dumbbell ohp I broke my arm about 3 months ago so take that as you will lmao
I’ve been doing my face pulls while laying on a bench and OH MAN it’s so much better. You have all the stability of a bench plus the entire range of motion that you would with regular face pulls. Highly recommend trying it
congrats with 100k
I was just about to comment “what about wall hand stand push ups” but you addressed it. Truly an S tier exercise.
hey man! could you tell me something about warm up sets? like people do 3 sets before getting to their working weight and i wanted your information on that specifically. love your videos man thank you
i've been doing pike pushups for a few while now off of paralettes with my feet on a table, my god they're amazing my shoulders are lot rounder and my upper chest is seeing some nice gains.
Good videos bro. Please make for biceps. Thank you !
Behind the neck over head press is really good for weightlifters (Oly Lifters). Since all of our workouts are basically over head and squating exercises.
3:15 I actually had this problem thanks for the tips I'll try it
Thank you so much, u are helping me to become stronguer.
LOVE u Niko Bellic!
i tried both behind and inform barbell press i chose behind its comfy and for me i feel it more in my shoulders but it is much easier to get hurt.
I just spam overhead presses and dumbell and cable lateral raises leaning like you said in the video for rear delts I do rows
Thanks
Plate front raise truck driver! Hahahaha i love it. Always hated it.
Upright row is amazing. I had to do wrist and reverse wrist curls to build up the strength to do the excercise right but its great
the pump you get from the leaning cable lateral raise is insane
I dont remember how the algorithm recommended me this channel, but i like the cartoon and voice enough for me to subscribe
Hey T winny, first of all love the vids! I got a quastion tho. My gym doesnt have a pec dack machine. But for my rear delts I do an identical movement (I think) with cables. What do you think about that?
dude your funny i subbed
I started going to the gym again after years, I don't really have any goals but what I can say is that shoulders have always been my weakest muscle. I don't know if that's normal or not. My gym is also extremely small, literally a house basement but in this video there were some excercises I can most definetly try the next time
Hey guys ths guy is absolutely right about everything he says 100% of the times, beginners as well as advanced lifters must take his advice !
can you also do one of these videos tier listing leg exercises?
Nice video. Btw can you simply explain the leg drive when bench pressing or differences of bench press grips?
